Key Responsibilities
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the best candidates are hired for each role.
- Developing and managing employee relations programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Overseeing performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback.
- Advising management on HR policies, employee issues, and resolving conflicts.
- Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong experience in Human Resources Management, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Proven track record of implementing HR strategies and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Human Resources Management is a plus.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
كمدير للموارد البشرية، ستكون مسؤولاً عن:

- الإشراف على عمليات إدارة الأداء، بما في ذلك التقييمات والتغذية الراجعة.
- تقديم المشورة للإدارة بشأن السياسات المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية، وقضايا الموظفين، وحل النزاعات.
- ضمان الامتثال لقوانين العمل الإماراتية والتنظيمات ذات الصلة.
- الحفاظ على فهم محدث لأحدث الاتجاهات وأفضل الممارسات في مجال الموارد البشرية.
المؤهلات والخبرة
لتكون ناجحًا في هذا الدور، يجب أن تمتلك:
- خبرة قوية في إدارة الموارد البشرية، والتوظيف، وعلاقات الموظفين.
- سجل حافل في تنفيذ استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية وإدارة الأداء.
- معرفة معمقة بقوانين العمل الإماراتية والتنظيمات.
- مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة سريعة وديناميكية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادة في إدارة الموارد البشرية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
