1. Merchandise Planner
You will be responsible for planning and controlling the inventory
of the product range to increase sales and minimize losses through proper merchandising and inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective in-season management across territories - stock transfers, markdown management, stock analysis, stock vs sales performance, non-moving stocks.
2. Sous Chef
As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all kitchen operations to ensure customer satisfaction with food quality and that work standards are maintained in the kitchen.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead kitchen staff and oversee food preparation.
- Record wastage, monitor and control stock rotation, and ensure first-expiry-first-out (FEFO) is strictly followed.
- Ensure storerooms, fridges, and freezers are in order and ingredients are always available to ensure the correct menus are available.
3. HSE Executive (Environmental Services)
You will carry out field inspections to ensure effective implementation of QHSE standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with and effective implementation of the approved project EHS, BCM, and Quality Plans.
- Inspect all work sites regularly based on a pre-defined schedule regarding quality & HSE aspects.
4. Retail Operation Executive
You will be responsible for handling public relations issues with local authorities like Civil Defense, Economic Dept., and Health authorities. Additionally, you will coordinate with other divisions to ensure legal documentation for existing and upcoming stores is valid.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle coordination with local authorities and ensure legal documentation for all BinSina stores is up to date.
5. Customer Service Coordinator
You will be responsible for processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Create sales orders in the system.
- Monitor pricing, payment, and delivery terms in coordination with sales and line managers.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports.
- Maintain customer pricelists and sales trackers.
6. Office Coordinator
Your responsibilities include supporting and coordinating with the Operations Team, BinSina Team, suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient services.
Key Accountabilities
- Create all types of purchase orders (POs) such as operational expenses, admin expenses, and CAPEX expenses.
- Handle the end-to-end process of validating and processing petty cash for 100+ stores.
- Process stationary orders, utility charges, and high-priority charges for stores.
7. Sales Executive - Fashion Kid's Wear
You will drive sales growth, establish strong relationships with clients, and promote products to meet customer needs, playing a key role in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and build strong client relationships.

8. Demand & Supply Chain Executive
You will be responsible for creating and managing the demand planning process within the Healthcare/hospital business.

- Manage inventory levels and balance product availability with cost-effectiveness.
9. Marketing Executive
This role involves assisting the Marketing team with administrative tasks, campaign planning, execution, and reporting. You will gain hands-on experience in retail and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
- Manage project timelines and assist with social media activities.

10. Supply Chain Excellence Executive
You will assist in the implementation and optimization of the newly deployed Oracle Demand Planning Cloud System and support the development of supply chain excellence policies.

8. تنفيذي طلبات الإمدادات وسلسلة التوريد

- تطوير التوقعات الخاصة بالطلب لمنتجات المستشفيات.

- دعم تنفيذ نظام Oracle لتخطيط الطلبات السحابية.
- مساعدة في تطوير وصياغة سياسات وإجراءات سلسلة التوريد.
- دعم عمليات تخطيط المبيعات والعمليات (S&OP) وتصميم الشبكة اللوجستية.
