🚨 We're Hiring: Sales Engineer – Industrial Gases 🚨
Join our dynamic team at Brothers Gas! We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to take on the challenge of growing our market share in industrial gases and products.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Act as a liaison between the company and potential/existing customers.
🔹 Develop new business through cold calling and client meetings.
🔹 Sell industrial gases and manage customer accounts with a focus on Facility Management Companies and end-users.
🔹 Prepare proposals, follow up on quotes, and achieve sales targets.
🔹 Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing needs and providing tailored solutions.
🔹 Submit activity reports to management and maintain a customer database.
🔹 Regular client visits to explore business opportunities.
Requirements:
✅ Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical fields.
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within industrial sectors, HVAC, or related fields.
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills.
✅ Customer service-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
✅ UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
✅ Fresh graduates with a valid UAE license are welcome to apply!

انضم إلى فريقنا الديناميكي في Brothers Gas! نحن نبحث عن مهندس مبيعات متحمس وملتزم لتحقيق النمو في حصتنا السوقية للغازات والمنتجات الصناعية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
🔹 العمل كحلقة وصل بين الشركة والعملاء المحتملين/الحاليين.
🔹 تطوير الأعمال الجديدة من خلال المكالمات الباردة واجتماعات العملاء.
🔹 بيع الغازات الصناعية وإدارة حسابات العملاء مع التركيز على شركات إدارة المنشآت والمستخدمين النهائيين.
🔹 إعداد العروض والمتابعة على الأسعار وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
🔹 ضمان رضا العملاء من خلال تلبية احتياجاتهم وتقديم الحلول المخصصة.
🔹 تقديم تقارير الأنشطة للإدارة والحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات العملاء.
🔹 زيارات منتظمة للعملاء لاستكشاف الفرص التجارية.
المتطلبات:
✅ درجة هندسية في مجالات الميكانيكا أو الكيمياء أو الكهرباء.
✅ خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المبيعات في القطاعات الصناعية، HVAC أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
✅ مهارات تواصل وعرض قوية.
✅ القدرة على تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة ومهارات تنظيمية ممتازة.
✅ رخصة قيادة إماراتية (إلزامي).
✅ خريجون جدد مع رخصة إماراتية سارية مرحب بهم للتقديم!
