Manager - Product Designer
Responsibilities:
- Own and define the design strategy, influencing product direction at both tactical and strategic levels
- Lead the design process from discovery to delivery, producing high-quality experiences that deliver measurable customer and business value
- Use qualitative and quantitative research methods, customer feedback, and analytics to inform design decisions and prioritize solutions effectively
- Drive iterative testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses, optimize solutions, and maximize impact on KPIs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, content, and design, to implement SEO recommendations and achieve business objectives.
- Optimize on-page and technical SEO elements such as metadata, internal linking, structured data, and URL structures.
- Research, plan, and execute a robust content strategy targeting high-intent and high-volume keywords to increase engagement and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
