Job Title: Reefer Qualification Engineer-Supervisor

Job Purpose:
Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the reefer section, including job scheduling and technician allocation for day-to-day work orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance and repairs of reefers in and out of the workshop.
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and performance optimization of refrigerated trailer units (reefers).
- Work closely with fleet operations and logistics teams to ensure reefer trailers are available and ready for deployment according to transportation schedules.
- Collaborate with the QHSE team on the qualification of reefers, including thermal mapping, calibration, and validation.
- Implement a new project management system to track records, follow up with orders, parts arrival confirmations, and current trailer status.
- Create improvement plans for maintenance processes and preventive maintenance.
- Undertake all levels of servicing, maintenance, and repairs of all moving equipment and trailers.
- Be capable of following the repair process from fault analysis to completion, as well as supervising and guiding others.
- Provide technical guidance to maintenance teams.
- Ensure the workplace is clean and that health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations are followed.
- Prioritize and delegate work within the team.
- Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the site.
