المؤهلات
المؤهلات الأدنى:
- درجة بكاليريوس في التعليم أو درجة بكاليريوس في العلوم مع PGCE، ويفضل درجة ماجستير.
الخبرة الأدنى:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات، بما في ذلك 4 سنوات متتالية من الأداء التدريسي الذي يتجاوز المعايير والتوقعات كما هو موثق من خلال تقييم الأداء.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2 سنة في دور القيادة الوسطى.
- خبرة في قيادة المبادرات المدرسية التي أسهمت في تحسين المعايير والإنجازات.
- خبرة في العمل مع أولياء الأمور والوكالات الخارجية.
المعرفة والمهارات الخاصة بالوظيفة:
- القدرة على العمل مع البيانات واستخدامها بشكل فعال لتشخيص التدخلات وتقييم الأثر على التعلم.
- القدرة على تنظيم المهام.

التدريس والتعلم:
- فهم واضح للمنهج.
- تنظيم بيئة الصف الدراسي وموارد التعلم وإنشاء العروض التفاعلية التي تشجع على بيئة تعلم إيجابية.
- تخطيط وتحضير وتقديم الدروس التي تلبي احتياجات جميع مستويات القدرة داخل الصف.
- تحفيز الطلاب من خلال تدريس حماسي ومبدع.
- ملاحظة وتقييم الأطفال وفقًا لتقييمات المدرسة.
- التأمل في بيئة الفصل الدراسي، الدروس المقدمة، التقدم المحرز، وتعديل البيئة، التخطيط، والمنهج الدراسي وفقًا لذلك.

التقييم والبيانات:
- تحمل المسؤولية عن تقدم الصف.
- الوفاء بمتطلبات تقييم وتسجيل تقدم الطلاب باستخدام "تارجت تراكر".
- استخدام البيانات المقدمة من التقييمات لتوجيه التخطيط، التقديم، والتدخلات المستقبلية.
- تقديم ملاحظات للآباء والأوصياء بشأن تقدم الطلاب في مؤتمرات أولياء الأمور والاجتماعات الأخرى.
المؤهلات:
- درجة بكاليريوس في الموضوع المتعلق مع PGCE أو مؤهل تدريس آخر.
- خبرة تدريس من 1 إلى 2 سنة.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل مع الطلاب الذين لا تعد اللغة الإنجليزية لغتهم الأولى.
- شغف بالتدريس واهتمام بتعليم الطفل بشكل شامل.
- مستوى عالٍ من الاحترافية والاهتمام برفاهية الأطفال.
- مشاركة حديثة ومتواصلة في الأنشطة اللامنهجية.
