Job Overview:
We are looking for a Measurer (MEP) to provide necessary support to the estimating department in preparing estimates for tender submissions. The successful candidate will be responsible for thoroughly reviewing tender drawings, determining material quantities, and preparing bills of quantities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine tender drawings thoroughly to determine material quantities and prepare the bill of quantities, where BOQ is not provided by the client and submit for approval.
- Verify BOQ and ensure that all items are measured and captured, where BOQ is provided by the client.
- Identify subcontract elements in the tender and float enquiries for obtaining quotations.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and prepare bills as per CCS format.
- Assist in compiling necessary tender documents, such as drawings, BOQs, and arrange timely submission of the tender.
- Provide support to the estimating department to ensure smooth and timely processing of tenders.
Qualifications:

We are looking for a Bid & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist the Bid & Marketing Manager in the design and coordination of all aspects of tender bid documentation and presentations. Responsibilities include preparing and coordinating client presentations, designing and organizing tender documents, and working with the team to ensure timely and professional bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender bid presentations and client interview presentations.

3-Project Engineer - MEP
Job Purpose:
To plan, organize, and coordinate the project execution process on-site and with internal departments, ensuring the completion of projects within specified timeframes, in an organized and cost-effective manner, in accordance with approved designs and quality standards, to achieve customer satisfaction and maintain business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare project implementation plans and organize resources such as labor, materials, tools, and equipment to ensure the installation of finished products at customer sites.
Receive quotations from subcontractors, identify the most cost-effective contractor, obtain approval, and arrange appointments in coordination with the Quantity Survey Department.
Organize project installation designs based on layouts provided by clients/consultants and obtain client approval.
Conduct site meetings with consultants and clients, address their queries, and make necessary changes on-site.
Maintain internal HSE/QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with schedules.
Supervise the site, provide on-the-spot guidance, and keep clients/consultants informed of installation progress.
Conduct quality assurance checks on finished products before delivery to client/consultant sites.
Ensure site handover upon completion and obtain a completion certificate from the client.
Ensure compliance with all municipal/legal requirements.
Adhere to project close-out procedures and complete subcontractor formalities in coordination with the QS and Accounts departments.
Approve invoices for submission and ensure full and timely payment collection.
Coordinate with clients and various agencies to ensure project completion meets required standards.
Complete all contract documentation, schedules, and reports.
Skills & Experience:
5 to 8 years of experience in MEP within the construction industry, handling fit-out/turnkey projects.
Extensive knowledge of site operations and 2 to 3 years of site management experience.

نبحث عن مقيّم (MEP) لدعم قسم التقديرات في تحضير التقديرات اللازمة لتقديم العروض. سيتولى المرشح الناجح مسؤولية دراسة رسومات العطاء بشكل دقيق لتحديد كمية المواد المطلوبة، وإعداد جداول الكميات، والتأكد من قياس جميع العناصر بشكل دقيق.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

الغرض من الوظيفة:
التخطيط، التنظيم، وتنسيق عملية تنفيذ المشاريع في الموقع ومع الأقسام الداخلية، لضمان إكمال العمل ضمن الإطار الزمني المحدد، وبطريقة منظمة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة، وفقًا للتصميم المعتمد ومعايير الجودة، لتحقيق رضا العملاء والحفاظ على استمرارية الأعمال.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
إعداد خطة تنفيذ المشروع وتنظيم الموارد مثل العمالة، المواد، الأدوات، والمعدات لضمان تركيب المنتجات النهائية في موقع العميل.
استلام عروض الأسعار من المقاولين الفرعيين، تحديد المقاول الأكثر فعالية من حيث التكلفة، والحصول على الموافقة اللازمة.
تنظيم تصميم تركيب المشروع بناءً على التخطيط المقدم من العميل/الاستشاري، والحصول على موافقة العميل على التصميم.
عقد اجتماعات موقعية مع الاستشاريين والعملاء، والإجابة على استفساراتهم، وإجراء التغييرات المطلوبة في الموقع.
الحفاظ على إجراءات السلامة والجودة الداخلية (HSE/QA/QC) وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية.
الإشراف على الموقع وتقديم التوجيهات الفورية لضمان جودة عالية في العملية التصنيعية.
إجراء فحص ضمان الجودة على المنتجات النهائية قبل التسليم إلى موقع العميل/الاستشاري.
ضمان تسليم الموقع بعد الانتهاء من المشروع والحصول على شهادة إتمام من العميل.
التأكد من استكمال جميع الإجراءات البلدنية/القانونية المطلوبة.
ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات إغلاق المشروع واستكمال جميع الإجراءات المتعلقة بالمقاولين الفرعيين.
الموافقة على الفواتير المقدمة وضمان تحصيل المستحقات بالكامل وفي الموعد المحدد.
التنسيق مع العملاء والجهات الأخرى لضمان اكتمال المشروع وفقًا للمعايير المطلوبة.
إكمال جميع الوثائق التعاقدية والجداول الزمنية والتقارير المطلوبة.
المهارات والخبرة:
