Job Responsibilities
- 🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end export/import shipment operations
- Arrange container bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents
- Request, negotiate, and compare freight quotes from carriers and service providers
- Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents (SI, BL, ED, COO, Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
- Coordinate with clients, transporters, customs brokers, shipping lines, and agents for smooth cargo movement
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely execution and delivery
Requirements
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of export/import procedures, shipping documentation, and Incoterms
- Experience in handling FCL, LCL, Air Freight, and Cross Trade shipments
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics/ERP software (Zoho knowledge is an added advantage)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines efficiently
