Job Requirements
Education
-
Technical degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in the HVAC industry.

Certification in HVAC systems (e.g., HVAC Technician Certificate, Certified Energy Manager (CEM)) is an advantage.
Experience
-
At least 5 years of experience in HVAC system installation and maintenance, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
Skills
-
In-depth knowledge of VRV and DX systems, including refrigeration cycles, expansion valves, compressors, and power control systems.

Proficiency in installing and servicing refrigerant-based systems and associated components (piping, valves, control units).

Strong understanding of electrical systems for VRV and DX units, including wiring, circuit breakers, and control systems integration.

Experience in managing refrigerant charge (R-410A, R-32, or others), leak testing, and system evacuation.

Draughtsman (Elec) – MEP
Job Responsibilities
Drafting & Documentation
-
Prepare detailed electrical drawings for power distribution, lighting layouts, ELV systems, and wiring schematics using AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting tools.

Update drawings based on design revisions and ensure all changes are documented accurately.

Create layout drawings for electrical panels, switchgear, conduits, and wiring based on the electrical engineers' designs.

Ensure all electrical drawings comply with relevant standards, local codes (e.g., ADDC, ADM, Civil Defense), and project specifications.
Coordination & Collaboration

Work closely with Electrical Engineers to understand and interpret design requirements.

Assist in preparing as-built drawings after the electrical system installation is complete.

Collaborate with other disciplines (mechanical, structural) to resolve coordination issues and ensure proper integration of electrical systems.
Purchaser – MEP
Job Responsibilities
Procurement Planning

Review MEP material requisitions and BOQs. Align procurement schedules with project timelines and lead times to ensure timely ordering.
Vendor Management

Identify, assess, and prequalify MEP vendors and subcontractors. Float enquiries, evaluate offers, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
MEP Procurement

Procure HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing materials, and related consumables. Coordinate subcontract services, equipment hire, and labor as needed. Ensure timely delivery with complete documentation.
Cost & Budget Control

Analyze offers for value, prepare comparisons, and seek approvals. Monitor spending vs. budget and flag deviations or savings.
Documentation & Compliance

Manage POs, subcontract agreements, and related documents. Ensure compliance with specs, standards, and contracts. Keep accurate procurement records.
Stakeholder Coordination
