About the Job

Record and maintain daily/monthly attendance of labor workforce.

Process, balance, and retain daily jobsite timecard entries.

Maintain daily/weekly labor spreadsheets.

Arrange employee travel to and from remote job sites when required.

Prepare daily and weekly reports, follow daily look-ahead program provided by PM, and manage consultant reports.

Prepare daily manpower and equipment reports, timesheets, and project progress reports; delegate work to foremen and charge-hands.

Prepare monthly subcontractor payment certificates, inspection requests, concrete requests, manpower status, etc.

Indent materials and request resources.
