Immediate Hiring: Labor & Employment Counsel - Corporate
Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Labor & Employment Counsel - Corporate to provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of employment-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and regional employment regulations, fluency in Arabic and English, and the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel on employment laws, HR policies, employee relations, and labor disputes

Draft, review, and advise on employment contracts, disciplinary actions, termination notices, and internal HR policies
-
Represent the company in labor cases and liaise with government authorities (e.g., MOHRE, Free Zone authorities)

Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements across GCC/UAE jurisdictions
-
Support HR and management in handling grievances, internal investigations, and conflict resolution
-
Prepare legal documentation and reports related to employment matters
-
Provide regular updates and training to HR and leadership teams on changes in labor legislation
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); master’s degree or legal certification is a plus

Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdiction (e.g., UAE or home country)
-
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is a must
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in labor/employment law, preferably within the GCC
-
Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and regulatory frameworks

Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
-
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion

Experience working in multinational or regional companies

Familiarity with Free Zone labor practices and government portals (MOHRE, DMCC, JAFZA, etc.)

Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

نسعى لتوظيف مستشار قانوني مؤهل وذو خبرة في مجال العمل والتوظيف لتقديم الاستشارات القانونية والدعم في مجموعة واسعة من المسائل المتعلقة بالموظفين. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح فهم قوي لقانون العمل الإماراتي واللوائح الإقليمية المتعلقة بالتوظيف، وإجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، والقدرة على التواصل الفعال مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تقديم الاستشارات القانونية حول قوانين العمل، سياسات الموارد البشرية، علاقات الموظفين، والنزاعات العمالية
صياغة ومراجعة وتقديم المشورة حول عقود العمل، الإجراءات التأديبية، إشعارات الفصل، وسياسات الموارد البشرية الداخلية
تمثيل الشركة في القضايا العمالية والتواصل مع السلطات الحكومية (مثل وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين، وسلطات المناطق الحرة)
ضمان التزام ممارسات الموارد البشرية بالقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في دول مجلس التعاون والإمارات
دعم فرق الموارد البشرية والإدارة في التعامل مع الشكاوى، التحقيقات الداخلية، وحل النزاعات
إعداد المستندات والتقارير القانونية المتعلقة بشؤون الموظفين
تقديم تحديثات منتظمة وتدريب فرق الموارد البشرية والإدارة حول التغييرات في تشريعات العمل
المهارات والمؤهلات:
بكالوريوس في القانون (LLB أو ما يعادله)، ويفضل وجود ماجستير أو شهادة قانونية إضافية
مرخص لممارسة القانون في الدولة المعنية (مثل الإمارات أو الدولة الأم)
إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في قانون العمل والتوظيف، ويفضل في دول مجلس التعاون
فهم قوي لقانون العمل الإماراتي والأطر التنظيمية
مهارات ممتازة في الصياغة القانونية والتفاوض والتواصل
التحلي بالنزاهة والمهنية والسرية العالية
خبرة في العمل ضمن شركات متعددة الجنسيات أو إقليمية
الإلمام بممارسات العمل في المناطق الحرة والبوابات الحكومية (MOHRE، DMCC، JAFZA، إلخ)
مبادرة، وحل المشكلات، والقدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة
