What You’ll Be Doing

Develop best-in-class engineering solutions for heavy lifting and transportation projects.

Work with both conventional methodologies and develop new approaches.

Prepare and select both existing and renewed engineering statements.

Develop drawings, calculations, visualizations, manuals, risk assessments, and other key documents.

Ensure efficient execution that delivers the right results for the customer.
What You’ll Need
-
Professional-level experience in engineering operation practices and systems, HLT equipment, internal codes, and standards.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Marine, or related engineering field.
-
4–7 years of relevant work experience.
-
Experience in any of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, or mining.

Fluent proficiency in English (verbal and written).
-
Willingness to travel as required by projects.
Project Manager
What You’ll Need
-
Expert-level knowledge of project management (project preparation, quality, structures, planning, risk management, contracts, costs & finance, project execution, leadership, teamwork, communication, conflict resolution, and negotiations).

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a qualification in Project Management.
-
7–10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in heavy lifting, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, or mining industries.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
-
Sound financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
-
Fluent proficiency in English (verbal and written).

Flexibility to travel and work on different project sites based on requirements.
