Accountant – Accounts Payable | Dubai, UAE
Nixova is hiring an Accountant – Accounts Payable to join its team.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Accounts Payable
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Strong reconciliation, financial software, and Microsoft Excel skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Process and verify vendor invoices with supporting documents
Reconcile accounts payable to vendor statements and internal records
Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions
Assist in month-end and year-end closing for audits and reporting
Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and bank reconciliations
Review subcontractor claims against contract terms
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
