Engineering Associate
Key Responsibilities
-
Supervise and coordinate the FM service provider and/or DLP contractor in the daily operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and HVAC systems.
-
Ensure timely and effective repair of key equipment, including elevators, lighting, water pumps, and fire protection systems, while conducting routine inspections to identify potential issues.
-
Liaise with third-party contractors for scheduled maintenance, repairs, and emergency responses, ensuring performance meets service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
-
4–6 years of experience in the UAE or GCC within facilities management, maintenance operations, or property engineering.
-
Experience in residential high-rise building FM with strong competency in MEP systems and basic knowledge of civil works.
-
Strong communication skills and a high level of customer service orientation.

Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and CAFM systems.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.

ضمان الإصلاح الفوري والفعال للمعدات الأساسية مثل المصاعد والإضاءة ومضخات المياه وأنظمة الحماية من الحرائق، مع إجراء تفتيشات روتينية للكشف عن المشكلات المحتملة.

التواصل مع المقاولين الخارجيين لأعمال الصيانة المجدولة والإصلاحات والاستجابة للطوارئ، وضمان الالتزام بمستويات الخدمة المتفق عليها (SLAs).
المؤهلات والمهارات

درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.

خبرة 4–6 سنوات في الإمارات أو دول الخليج في إدارة المنشآت أو تشغيل وصيانة الممتلكات أو الهندسة العقارية.

خبرة في إدارة منشآت الأبنية السكنية العالية مع كفاءة قوية في أنظمة MEP ومعرفة أساسية بالأعمال المدنية.
