Site Supervisor
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
-
Lead day-to-day site activities across assigned projects from handover to closeout, ensuring compliance with method statements, contractual obligations, and technical specifications

Coordinate all phases of site operations, including mobilization, procurement, and installation
Service Quality Officer
Qualification Requirements
-
At least 2–3 years in a QA/QC Engineer or Service Quality role with hands-on experience in site-based audits and quality documentation
-
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards, PQP preparation, NCR/Corrective Action processes, and audit compliance
-
Strong communication skills for preparing daily/weekly reports and coordinating meetings with central quality teams
-
UAE Driving Licence (Manual preferred)
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of digital quality management tools is an advantage
-
Experience in construction, MEP, or service-related projects within the UAE/GCC is preferred

Project Engineer
Qualification Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in sheet piling, shoring, or deep excavation support works, preferably within the UAE/GCC
-
Strong understanding of temporary works systems, including steel sheet piling, contiguous/bored pile shoring, king post walls, and bracing systems
-
Knowledge of soil and ground conditions, load transfer, and lateral earth pressure principles
-
Experience with pile driving equipment, vibro hammers, hydraulic presses, and lifting operations
-
Proven experience managing multiple infrastructure or marine projects
-
Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors
-
Excellent problem-solving and technical judgment in challenging site conditions
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools is an advantage
-
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
Senior Site Engineer
Qualification Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
-
4–6 years of hands-on experience in sheet piling, shoring, or deep excavation support works, preferably in the UAE/GCC
-
In-depth knowledge of sheet piling systems (U/Z profiles, king post, or combined wall systems) and pile driving techniques
-
Understanding of temporary works design and structural stability principles
-
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and survey layouts
-
Proven ability to manage and supervise site teams and heavy equipment operations
-
Excellent understanding of site safety procedures, quality standards, and documentation
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage
-
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
-
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

مسؤول جودة الخدمة (Service Quality Officer)
المتطلبات:

خبرة لا تقل عن 2–3 سنوات كمهندس QA/QC أو في دور جودة الخدمة، مع خبرة عملية في التدقيق الميداني وتوثيق الجودة.

معرفة بمعايير ISO 9001، وإعداد PQP، وعمليات NCR/الإجراءات التصحيحية، والامتثال للتدقيق.

مهندس مشروع (Project Engineer)
المتطلبات:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أعمال الجدران الحاملة (Sheet Piling)، والدعامات (Shoring)، أو دعم الحفر العميق، ويفضل داخل الإمارات أو دول الخليج.

فهم قوي لأنظمة الأعمال المؤقتة بما في ذلك:

الجدران الحاملة المعدنية، دعم الأعمدة المتجاورة أو المثقوبة، الجدران القائمة على الأعمدة، وأنظمة التدعيم.

ظروف التربة والأرض، ونقل الأحمال، ومبادئ الضغط الجانبي للتربة.
-
معدات دفع الأعمدة، والمطارق الاهتزازية، والمكابس الهيدروليكية، وعمليات الرفع.

خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع بنية تحتية أو بحرية متعددة.

معرفة متعمقة بأنظمة الجدران الحاملة (U/Z profiles، king post، أو أنظمة الجدران المركبة) وتقنيات دفع الأعمدة وظروف الأرض.

تصميم الأعمال المؤقتة ومبادئ الاستقرار الهيكلي.

القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية والمسوحات.

خبرة مثبتة في إدارة والإشراف على فرق الموقع وتشغيل المعدات الثقيلة.
