Interpretation Senior Specialist (Experience)
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience on designing and leading educational workshops in a museum, cultural or educational setting.
Experience in developing engaging interpretive themes, visitor journeys, exhibits, storyboards and content with clear learning outcomes including emotional and action-based outcomes for a variety of audiences in a museum, heritage / cultural centre or educational institution.

Responsibilities:
Work with the Unit Head and Section Head to ensure membership materials, collaterals, and communications are ready for the museum’s opening.
Support in developing patron tiers, design, and benefits framework ahead of the museum’s launch.
Support the Unit Head in creating and implementing sales and engagement plans to convert visitors into members and renew existing members.
Conduct research on potential supporters’ philanthropic goals to align them with the museum’s patronage opportunities.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell memberships, events, and patronage opportunities within the wider museum offer.

Occupational Safety Plan and Manual
Record and update information in Occupational Health and Safety manuals/Management systems.
