3–5 years of experience in procurement within engineering or construction industries.

Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with vendor management.

Knowledge of international procurement standards and logistics.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for materials and equipment.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain supplier records and performance evaluations.

Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure material compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Safety Engineering.

Minimum 8 years of experience in process safety within oil & gas or chemical industries.

In-depth knowledge of HAZOP, SIL, QRA, and other risk assessment techniques.

Strong understanding of industry safety regulations and codes (e.g., API, OSHA).

Certification in Process Safety Management is an advantage.

Lead and facilitate process safety studies (e.g., HAZOP, LOPA).

Develop safety procedures and process control strategies.

Identify and assess operational risks and recommend mitigation measures.

Support project teams in design reviews for safety compliance.

Provide training and mentorship in process safety standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, including site-based leadership roles.

NEBOSH or equivalent certification required.

Knowledge of local and international safety regulations.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Lead HSE activities on-site and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Conduct risk assessments and implement safety controls.

Oversee incident investigations and prepare reports.

Coordinate toolbox talks, training, and safety meetings.

Monitor contractor compliance and site safety performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

Minimum 7 years of experience in construction and heavy lifting/rigging operations.

Certified in rigging and lifting (e.g., LEEA, LOLER) is preferred.

Strong knowledge of load calculations and lifting plans.

Ability to review and approve rigging drawings and procedures.

Plan and oversee all rigging and heavy lifting activities on-site.

Review lifting plans and ensure compliance with safety requirements.

Coordinate with construction and HSE teams for lifting operations.

Supervise rigging crew and ensure execution aligns with project timelines.
