Responsibilities

Monitor supplier performance and lead corrective action plans when required.
Coordinate with engineering and operations to understand material specifications and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative or analytical field; Master’s degree preferred.
3+ years of relevant treasury, corporate finance, financial services, or banking experience within international or multinational organizations.
Strong knowledge and experience in processing Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Bid Bonds, and other collateral instruments.
CTP certification is desired but not required.
Experience interacting with different stakeholders (business units, issuing banks, beneficiaries, legal counsels, etc.) on activities related to issuing Letters of Credit.
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and customer service focus with solid interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.

Field Specialist II - TRS

Skills

Perform installation services for down hole packers and service tools in the field.
Proficient in calculating basic oil industry volumes, pressures, and forces.
Strong understanding of field operations including completions, remedial workovers, cementation, and fracturing.
Able to work effectively on pulling units and drilling rigs.
Perform maintenance and repairs on company-owned rental equipment in the field as needed.
Complete job reports accurately and on time.
Assist in the shop and make deliveries when available.
Available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs.
Understand and comply with Weatherford Quality Policy, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.
Comply with all safety rules and company policies.
Perform assignments to the highest quality level.

Qualifications

4–5 years of related field experience.
High school diploma (or equivalent) required; 2 years of college education preferred.

Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the integrated supply chain plan from forecasting to delivery.
Lead demand and supply planning cycles in coordination with sales, operations, and procurement teams.
Monitor inventory levels and implement replenishment strategies to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Optimize logistics and distribution strategies for both inbound and outbound material flow.
Establish KPIs across procurement, warehousing, and logistics to drive continuous improvement.
Act as a key liaison between supply chain and production/service functions to support operational readiness.
Lead supply chain risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.

Skills

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الخزانة أو التمويل المؤسسي أو الخدمات المالية أو البنوك ضمن مؤسسات دولية أو متعددة الجنسيات.
معرفة وخبرة قوية في معالجة خطابات الاعتماد، وضمانات البنوك، وسندات العطاءات، وغيرها من أدوات الضمان المالي.
يفضل الحصول على شهادة CTP.
خبرة في التعامل مع وحدات الأعمال والبنوك والمستفيدين والمستشارين القانونيين بشأن إصدار خطابات الاعتماد.
مهارات تنظيمية وتفكير نقدي قوية، مع تركيز على خدمة العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين.
القدرة على التعامل مع الغموض والعمل تحت ضغوط المواعيد النهائية ضمن بيئة ديناميكية.

المسؤوليات:

تطوير وإدارة خطة سلسلة الإمداد من التنبؤ إلى التسليم.
قيادة دورات التخطيط للطلب والعرض بالتنسيق مع فرق المبيعات والعمليات والمشتريات.
مراقبة مستويات المخزون وتطبيق استراتيجيات التوريد لتجنب النقص أو الفائض.
تحسين استراتيجيات اللوجستيات والتوزيع لتدفق المواد الواردة والصادرة.
تحديد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) عبر أقسام المشتريات والمخازن واللوجستيات وتحفيز التحسين المستمر.
العمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين سلسلة الإمداد والإنتاج لضمان الجاهزية التشغيلية.
قيادة تقييمات المخاطر في سلسلة الإمداد وتطوير خطط التخفيف.

المهارات:

قدرات تحليلية وتخطيطية قوية.
إتقان أنظمة ERP/MRP وأدوات التقارير.
خبرة في عمليات التخطيط للموارد والإنتاج (DRP/S&OP).
مهارات قيادية في التنسيق بين الوظائف المختلفة.
عقلية تطوير وتحسين العمليات (ويُفضل الحاصلون على Lean أو Six Sigma).

المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس في سلسلة الإمداد أو الهندسة الصناعية أو إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها.
خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في سلسلة الإمداد، منها سنتان على الأقل في دور إداري.
خبرة في بيئة النفط والغاز أو الصناعات الثقيلة.
يفضل الحاصلون على شهادات APICS / CSCP / Lean Six Sigma.
