Civil Draughtsman
Duties & Responsibilities
-
Independent handling of Civil Shop drawings production for the assigned project
-
Prepare structural drawings, architecture drawings, and RC detail drawings through study and discussion with construction manager prior to starting work
-
Take off from the IFC and ADM approved drawings
-
Understand and abide by the particular drafting standards and formats of the assigned project
-
Coordinate architectural layout with structural elements ensuring conformity
-
Locate MEP requirements on shop drawings as per approved MEP builder's work
-
Update Building permits (setting outs with coordinates) as and when required
-
Assist the Planning team in updating weekly progress of construction through drawings and presentations
-
Maintain record on status of shop drawings produced and ensure they are approved
Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or AutoCAD certificate
-
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a Civil Draughtsman
Skills & Knowledge
-
Proficient in preparing and reviewing drawings (Architectural, RC detail, and structural)
-
Willingness to travel to project sites within UAE as required
-
Ability to understand and communicate information and ideas orally and in writing

Knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT, and BIM
-
Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to present technical drawings to a wide audience
Tendering Engineer (Substation Projects)
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Review tender documents to ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements
-
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to finalize bids
-
Prepare technical submissions, clarifications, and client queries
-
Prepare pre-tender clarifications on scope of works and list missing documents or specifications
-
Finalize pre-tender clarifications with engineering team and submit to client in coordination with commercial team
-
Follow up with engineering team to prepare base design drawings such as overall SLD and substation layout
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
-
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience as a Tendering Engineer, preferably in the UAE substation (PT&D) construction industry
-
Experience in tendering works for 400kV substation projects (TAQA, DEWA, EtihadWE) or mixed-use development projects is an advantage
-
Familiar with local authority regulations and project approval processes

المسؤوليات:

التعامل المستقل مع إنتاج الرسومات التنفيذية المدنية للمشروع المخصص.

إعداد الرسومات الهيكلية، الرسومات المعمارية، ورسومات RC التفصيلية بعد الدراسة والمناقشة مع مدير الإنشاءات قبل البدء بالعمل.

استخراج البيانات من الرسومات المعتمدة IFC وADM.
-
الالتزام بمعايير الصياغة والتنسيق الخاصة بالمشروع.
-
تنسيق التخطيط المعماري مع العناصر الهيكلية لضمان المطابقة.

تحديد متطلبات MEP في الرسومات التنفيذية وفق الأعمال المعتمدة.

تحديث تصاريح البناء (تحديد المواقع بالإحداثيات) عند الحاجة.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

دبلوم أو شهادة AutoCAD.

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كرسام مدني.

إجادة إعداد ومراجعة الرسومات المعمارية، RC، والهيكلية.
-
الاستعداد للسفر إلى مواقع المشاريع داخل الإمارات عند الحاجة.
-
القدرة على فهم ونقل المعلومات والأفكار كتابيًا وشفويًا.

إجادة AutoCAD، REVIT وBIM.

مهندس مناقصات (Tendering Engineer - Substation Projects)
الغرض من الوظيفة:
-
إعداد العروض والمناقصات وفق متطلبات العميل وتعليمات رؤساء الأقسام في قسم الهندسة والتجارة.
-
دراسة وثائق المناقصة واستلامها من القسم التجاري، وتحضير ملخص المناقصة، والتنسيق مع فرق الهندسة، المشتريات، والتجارة لإعداد العروض بكفاءة وفي الوقت المناسب.
-
امتلاك فهم أساسي لمفاهيم محطات الكهرباء HV وEHV لإعداد المناقصات.
-
العمل بالتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لإكمال وتقديم العروض ودعم القسم التجاري في جميع الأنشطة بعد المناقصة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
-
مراجعة وثائق المناقصة لضمان الامتثال الفني والتجاري.
-
التنسيق مع فرق التصميم، المشتريات، والمشاريع لإنهاء العروض.
-
إعداد المراجعات الفنية، التوضيحات، واستفسارات العملاء.
-
إعداد التوضيحات قبل المناقصة على نطاق العمل وتحديد المستندات/specifications المفقودة إذا وجدت.

متابعة إعداد الرسومات الأساسية مثل SLD العام وتصميم المحطة الكهربائية بالتنسيق مع الفريق الهندسي.
المؤهلات والخبرة:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.

خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات كمهندس مناقصات، ويفضل في قطاع محطات الكهرباء PT&D في الإمارات أو دول الخليج.
-
خبرة في مناقصات مشاريع محطات 400kV (مثل TAQA، DEWA، EtihadWE) أو مشاريع تطوير متعددة الاستخدامات ميزة إضافية.
-
الإلمام بلوائح السلطات المحلية وعمليات اعتماد المشاريع.
مدير تركيب (Installation Manager - Heavy Ion Therapy Systems)
الغرض من الوظيفة:

الإشراف على جميع جوانب تجهيز الموقع، دعم التركيب، والمساعدة في لوجستيات الشحنات والتركيب لضمان التنفيذ الفعال وفي الوقت المحدد.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.

خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة الأشخاص/الموارد ودور التركيب، ويفضل في مجال العلاج الإشعاعي، المجال الطبي، أو هندسة MEP.
-
خبرة في الأجهزة/البرامج الطبية والتعامل مع أصحاب المصلحة في المجال الطبي.

خبرة في تركيب الأجهزة الطبية (X-ray، CT، MRI، Linacs، وغيرها).

مهارات إعداد التقارير والتحليل.
المهارات والمعرفة:

تنفيذ المشروع وفق الخطة والحفاظ على متطلبات HSEQ والمساعدة في التدفق النقدي للمشروع.
