Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience:

Senior roles: Minimum 7 years in large-scale building or infrastructure projects.

Draftsman roles: Minimum 3 years with strong CAD experience.

Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD and drafting software.

Strong knowledge of architectural and/or structural detailing.

Familiar with local authority standards and construction procedures.

Strong coordination, communication, and technical reporting skills.

Contracts Engineer – Multiple Openings

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and reviewing tender documents and contract terms.

Participate in contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Administer post-award contracts, ensuring compliance with FIDIC, NEC, JCT, or bespoke agreements.

Track key contractual deliverables, payment terms, and milestones.

Prepare and issue contractual correspondence such as claims, notices, EoTs, and variations.

Maintain detailed records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Support final account preparation and contract close-out.

Liaise with legal advisors and contribute to dispute resolution processes.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

التعليم: درجة جامعية/دبلوم في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة.

خبرة:

الأدوار العليا: 7 سنوات على الأقل في مشاريع البناء أو البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق.

أدوار الرسام: الحد الأدنى 3 سنوات مع خبرة قوية في CAD.

مهارات:

إجادة برنامج الأوتوكاد وبرامج الرسم.

معرفة قوية بالتفاصيل المعمارية و/أو الهيكلية.

معرفة بمعايير السلطة المحلية وإجراءات البناء.

مهارات قوية في التنسيق والتواصل والتقارير الفنية.

مهندس عقود – وظائف متعددة

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

المساعدة في إعداد ومراجعة وثائق العطاءات وشروط العقد.

المشاركة في مفاوضات العقود مع العملاء والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين.

إدارة العقود بعد الترسية، وضمان الامتثال لاتفاقيات FIDIC، وNEC، وJCT، أو الاتفاقيات المصممة خصيصًا.
