Station Master
Job Description:
-
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the passenger train station, including ticketing, boarding, and passenger assistance, to ensure efficient and safe service delivery.

Coordinate with the station control room and train operators to facilitate smooth and timely departures and arrivals of trains.
-
Ensure the station premises, including waiting areas, welcome desks, retail facilities, ticket vending machines, back-of-house areas, restrooms, and prayer rooms, are clean, well-maintained, and free from safety hazards or obstructions.

Lead and manage a team of station hosts and station support staff across all customer touchpoints including sales and distribution, boarding and alighting, station retail and lounge facilities, station systems, and general customer service personnel.

Collaborate closely with other team members, including station staff, train operators, and security personnel, to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service delivery.

Stay updated on relevant railway policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, adhering strictly to designated protocols.
HSE Officer
Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, maintain, review, and continually improve the OHSAS 45001 Health & Safety Management System within the ERM Infrastructure Department.

Ensure full implementation of the company’s OHS Policy to meet ongoing business needs.
-
Develop, implement, and monitor safety KPIs and provide professional support to the Rail Passenger Operations & Maintenance Director.
-
Describe and implement health and safety improvement programs to anticipate and manage risks based on the company’s risk profile.
-
Ensure OHS risks arising from ERM activities and processes are managed in a controlled manner, meeting ALARP standards and, where practicable, SOFARP principles.
Performance Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities:

Accurately extract and record daily train service performance data, including on-time departures, arrivals, and delays.

Analyze operational data to support short-term and long-term decision-making.
-
Maintain performance logs and databases for train operations and ensure real-time updates.
-
Compile daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review.

Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to monitor and maintain performance control against KPI targets.

Identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.

Maintain proper documentation for compliance and audits.
-
Liaise with other operational and maintenance teams to validate reported data.

Provide administrative support, including scheduling performance review meetings.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all records.
Facilities Maintenance Technician (Tunnel Operations)
Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.

Experience: 3–5 years in maintenance of tunnel systems, large-scale infrastructure, or industrial MEP facilities.
-
Certifications: Training in PTW systems, confined space entry, and safety procedures preferred.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of tunnel ventilation and control systems.
-
Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance of fans, pumps, and control panels.

Familiarity with SCADA or integrated control systems.
-
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.
Yellow Plant Reliability Engineer – On Track
Academic Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering discipline, or significant operational experience in an engineering role.
Professional Qualifications:

Apprentice trained and/or relevant engineering certifications.

Full driving license.
Experience:
-
Extensive experience with Yellow Plant and maintenance of way equipment such as tamping machines and ballast regulators.

Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and provide recommendations on engineering issues.

Experience in quality management, RAMS, and asset management systems.
-
Skilled in writing engineering documentation (maintenance instructions, standards, procedures, etc.).
-
Extensive knowledge of engineering change and configuration control processes.

Experience working in harsh environments and under pressure.
