About the job

The Document Controller will manage project documentation and ensure proper filing, version control, and communication across teams. This role is vital in maintaining compliance and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a structured document filing system for drawings, approvals, and site logs

• Control document numbering, revisions, and distribution

• Coordinate submission and tracking of IRs, RFIs, MARs, and other technical documents

• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors to collect and record approvals

• Support QA/QC and site teams with retrieval of latest approved documents

• Ensure confidentiality, backups, and compliance with audit requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in administration or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy buses or light vehicles in a safe and efficient manner

• Transport employees to and from project sites while ensuring timely arrivals and departures

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance

• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations at all times

• Complete daily logs, including mileage, fuel usage, and any maintenance issues

• Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle malfunctions immediately

• Assist in loading and unloading materials, as needed

• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle interior and exterior

Requirements
