Technical Instructor
What You’ll Do
-
Deliver, facilitate, and deploy Aggreko training to an advanced level in line with INNIO standards, business needs, and planned training schedules
-
Work collaboratively with L&D and HR colleagues to efficiently plan and schedule training course delivery
-
Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness within Workday; partner with the Principal Gas Instructor on projects and development of material and processes
-
Establish, review, and continually improve course content and objectives to ensure the desired level of capability/competence
-
Manage all elements for safety before and during technical training through continuous risk assessment and mitigation, with special responsibility for “Live” training
Skills and Experience

Proficient in English (Spanish or French advantageous)

Minimum certification as an INNIO technician level 1

Gas Generator commissioning experience is essential

Willingness to travel globally based on training plans

Strong organizational skills to deliver training plans and processes
Project Manager
What You’ll Do
-
Direct and manage projects from award of contract to online delivery and from off-hire to closing
-
Define and develop project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with central and area departments/businesses
-
Apply project execution standards per Project Management Office (PMO) guidelines, maintaining adherence to processes and procedures
-
Manage project mobilisation and demobilisation according to project complexity
-
Act as single point of contact throughout project life and manage expectations through timely and clear communication
-
Implement and manage all project meetings

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and crises, and devise mitigation or contingency plans
Electrical Specialist
Skills and Experience
-
Electrical or Mechanical qualification (Apprenticeship, HNC, ONC, NVQ3, or equivalent); Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is desirable
-
HV Switching Certification (e.g., Scottish Power); PMP/CAPM preferred
-
Minimum 8 years’ experience in electrical discipline including supervisory or site lead roles in industrial or temporary power environments
-
Experience with HV/LV systems up to 66 kV, including switching, isolation, and commissioning
-
Proven experience in temporary or industrial electrical installations (power generation, HFO/gas systems, transformers, etc.)
-
Strong understanding of Aggreko standards or equivalent in large-scale industrial projects
-
Experience with Gas/HFO engines preferred
-
Capable of root cause and trend analysis on electrical failures
-
Confident managing small to medium teams on live customer sites
-
Advanced knowledge of HV/LV systems, transformers, switchgear, and power distribution
-
Capable of issuing electrical Permits to Work up to 66 kV

Skilled in reading and interpreting SLDs, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams

Competent in MS Office Suite and familiar with electrical design tools

Experienced in transformer oil sampling and analysis
Oil Free Air Technical Specialist
Skills and Experience

University degree in Science or Engineering (Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Power, Measurement & Control Technology preferred)

5–7 years hands-on product technical experience in mechanical engineering

Flexibility to travel internationally as required

Proven experience with compressed air, rotating equipment, and air driers

Strong analytical skills

Understanding of AC/DC power, 3-phase systems, and components

إدارة تعبئة المشروع ونزع التعبئة حسب التعقيد المحدد
