ROLE PROFILE

Support the Delivery Team in preparing project status updates.

Schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned tasks.

Interact daily with consultants and contractors to ensure project requirements are met and timelines are adhered to.

Prepare overall progress reports for the project.

Collaborate effectively with the Senior Project Manager and project participants to provide technical support.

Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions as needed.

Assist in developing strategies for successful project delivery, focusing on design, construction, and maintenance.

Monitor project aspects including time, quality, safety, and sustainability, while minimizing delays.

Senior Associate, Marketing

ROLE PROFILE

Prepare marketing-related correspondence, maintain organized filing systems, and ensure compliance with audit and departmental policies.

Generate weekly/monthly budget and forecast reports, and other reports requested by management.

Manage Marketing LPOs/PRs and coordinate with Finance and Marketing Managers for accurate tracking.

Maintain accurate records of all marketing expenditures.

Coordinate daily with the Marketing team, suppliers, and retailers to support administrative and operational needs.
