Senior Quotation Engineer
What You’ll Do
-
Deliver high-quality quotations within agreed timelines
-
Interpret and analyze customer technical engineering requests for quotations, collaborating with internal engineering, commercial, and marketing teams
-
Specify, calculate, and prepare technical quotations following company procedures
-
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers to meet their needs
-
Stay informed on market/segment trends and competitor offerings
-
Apply knowledge of Eaton products (Medium Voltage platforms) and understand distribution networks, plant scheduling, engineering, manufacturing processes, and equipment cycle times
-
Engage in technical and commercial negotiations with internal and external customers
-
Provide technical advice and support as needed
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
Skills
-
Knowledge of Transformers and Medium Voltage systems
-
Understanding of relevant market segments, such as Datacenters and Utilities
-
Proficiency in additional languages such as Turkish or Dutch is an asset

Technical Project Engineer
Qualifications

What You’ll Do

Monitor compliance with safety laws and Eaton environmental and safety regulations

Serve as Master Trainer for all Bihler machine shift-leaders and operators
-
Train maintenance and tool-making teams on Bihler machines

Interface with Bihler installation and Eaton teams

Document training plans and manuals for Bihler machines

Monitor and optimize Bihler machine performance (OEE, Quality, etc.)
-
Support continuous improvement (CI) of Bihler-related processes

Contribute to production process optimization using lean tools

Motivate employees for a continuous improvement culture

Allocate work and instruct employees

Manage Bihler spare parts and maintenance activities

Initiate escalation processes for issues
