Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a recognised teaching degree.

• Further training or qualifications in Inclusion/SEND (e.g., NPQSENCO, Masters in SEN) desirable but not essential.

Experience & Knowledge:

• Experience teaching and delivering targeted interventions for Senior School pupils.

• Ability to teach effectively across the age and ability range with strong subject knowledge.

• Experience assessing, recording, and tracking pupil progress.

• Familiarity with access arrangements for tests and examinations is desirable.
