Major Responsibilities

Lead all engineering and construction interfaces (external & internal) for design and construction

Promote integration of project goals and objectives

Define interface scope, design basis, construction requirements, and objectives; review best practices and lessons learned

Develop detailed work plans, procedures, Project Execution Plans, Interface Management Plans, and Stakeholder Engagement Plans
-
Lead and maintain interface management guidelines; provide conceptual resolutions to engineering
-
Administer complex meetings and present plans, solutions, proposals, and progress

Act as the single point of contact for all assigned project interfaces with stakeholders and project teams
-
Ensure contractors and consultants comply with Interface and Stakeholder Plans and procedures; document requirements in Project EDMS

Manage interface-related quality requirements and processes; assess customer perception of quality regularly

Handle multiple assignments and changing priorities while managing ambiguity
