Important Requirements:

Age: Between 20 to 26 years for candidates without previous Cabin Crew experience.

Up to 33 years for Experienced Cabin Crew.

Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male).

Weight: To be in proportion to age and height.

Clear skin with no marks or tattoos visible while wearing the uniform.

Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties.

Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device.

Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages):

Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.

Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an added value.

Fit to fly, with good general health and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Language: Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

Fluency in Arabic is preferred.

Key Result Responsibilities:

Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality of self for assigned flights. Attends briefings to review flight details, distribution of roles, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures.

Safety Measures:

Instructs passengers on safety procedures to ensure their safety and comfort at all times.

Identifies areas of safety and security risks and partners with the Cabin Supervisor to take remedial action according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Administers first aid to passengers where necessary.

Informs Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions promptly.

Customer Service:

Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities; enters necessary data into the aircraft logbook as per Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA procedures.

First Officer – Fixed-Term Limited Contract UAE (Pakistan)

Key Result Responsibilities:

Performs as the Pilot Flying or Pilot Monitoring, assisting the Captain in managing flight deck operations, monitoring flight progress, and ensuring efficiency of systems and crew performance.

Conducts flights in accordance with the Airline’s Operations Manual and regulations, ensuring safe and smooth operation at all times.

Coordinates with Captain and Dispatch Team before each flight to ensure all crew members are prepared and informed regarding aircraft technical status, route, weather, fuel, and assigned roles.

Carries out all necessary checks, records, and documentation tasks such as take-off data, fuel requirements, and ATS flight plans.

Uses approved systems and forms (logbook, CFP, etc.) to record data, verifying and obtaining Captain’s signature.

At stations without qualified personnel, checks the fuel type and supervises refueling to ensure proper fuel distribution.

Carries out pre-flight checks to ensure adequate supplies, emergency equipment, and catering are available before takeoff; reports deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain.

Ensures orderly handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, or maintenance staff.

Completes post-flight briefings and assessment reports, including evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor and any issues encountered.

Accounts to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and performs Cabin Supervisor duties when designated by the Captain.

المتطلبات الهامة:

• العمر: من 20 إلى 26 سنة للمرشحين بدون خبرة سابقة في مجال الضيافة الجوية، وحتى 33 سنة للمرشحين ذوي الخبرة.

• الحد الأدنى للطول: 160 سم للإناث، و168 سم للذكور.

• الوزن: متناسب مع العمر والطول.

• بشرة صافية دون أي علامات أو وشوم ظاهرة عند ارتداء الزي الرسمي.

• لياقة طبية وبدنية كاملة لأداء مهام الضيافة الجوية.

المسؤوليات الأساسية:

• ضمان الحضور في الوقت المحدد والالتزام بالمظهر واللياقة المطلوبة للرحلات المكلف بها.

• حضور الإحاطة قبل الرحلة لمعرفة تفاصيل الرحلة، توزيع المهام، إجراءات الأمن، والصعود إلى الطائرة.

إجراءات السلامة:

• إرشاد الركاب حول إجراءات السلامة لضمان سلامتهم وراحتهم في جميع الأوقات.

• تحديد المخاطر الأمنية والتعاون مع مشرف المقصورة لاتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية وفق الإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية (SOPs).

• تقديم الإسعافات الأولية للركاب عند الحاجة.

• إبلاغ مشرف المقصورة وطاقم القيادة عن أي أعطال أو حالات طارئة فورًا.

خدمة العملاء:

• الترحيب بالركاب والمساعدة في إجراءات الصعود إلى الطائرة وتسجيل البيانات اللازمة في سجل الرحلات وفق لوائح الطيران المدني.

المسؤوليات الأساسية:

• أداء مهام “الطيار القائد” أو “الطيار المساعد” ومساعدة القبطان في إدارة قمرة القيادة ومتابعة سير الرحلة وكفاءة الأنظمة وأداء الطاقم.

• تنفيذ الرحلات وفق دليل العمليات ولوائح الطيران، مع الالتزام الدائم بإجراءات السلامة والتشغيل السلس للطائرة.

• التنسيق مع القبطان وفريق العمليات قبل كل رحلة لضمان جاهزية الطاقم وتوفر جميع المعلومات اللازمة مثل حالة الطائرة، المسار، الطقس، الوقود، توزيع الأدوار، وغيرها.

• تنفيذ الفحوصات وتعبئة السجلات المطلوبة مثل بيانات الإقلاع والوقود وخطة الطيران.

• استخدام النماذج والنظم المعتمدة لتسجيل البيانات مثل سجل الرحلة، خطة الوقود، وغيرها، ومراجعتها مع القبطان لاعتمادها.

• في المحطات التي لا يوجد بها فنيون مختصون، التأكد من نوع الوقود والإشراف على عملية التزود به وتوزيعه بشكل صحيح.

• المساعدة في ضمان نظافة المقصورة أثناء محطات الترانزيت وتوفير الوجبات ومنتجات السوق الحرة قبل الإقلاع.

• تسليم وتسلم المقصورة بشكل منظم بين فرق التموين والتنظيف والصيانة.

• إعداد تقارير التقييم بعد الرحلات وفق السياسات المعتمدة، وتقديم الملاحظات حول أداء مشرف المقصورة أو أي مشكلات حدثت أثناء الرحلة.

• مسؤولية مراقبة سلوك الركاب وتنفيذ مهام مشرف المقصورة عند التكليف بذلك.

• الحفاظ على المعرفة المهنية والتدريب المستمر عبر الدورات الدورية وورش الطوارئ والتحديثات التدريبية.

• المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات على متن الطائرة ودعم البرامج الخيرية.
