Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman regions. The role involves dealing effectively with A, B, and C class store Managers and Supervisors in getting orders, promotions, discussing rental space, etc., to reach monthly targets as fixed by the company from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales merchandisers across Dubai and Sharjah

• Negotiate with buyers and take orders of goods

• Working knowledge of margins and marketing spend

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and distribution targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and stakeholders

• Monitor team performance and provide training and support to improve results

• Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely product delivery and availability

• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities

• Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management

• Sales commission on achieving targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in food retail or FMCG

• Must hold a degree

• Having own car is a must

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills

• Knowledge of dealing with A, B, and C class stores

• Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets

• Valid UAE driving license

Salary: Includes Car and Petrol Allowance PLUS commission on reaching target
