Urgent Hiring: Pre-Approval Officer – UAE Healthcare Sector
We are urgently looking for a Pre-Approval Officer with strong experience in both Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) medical approvals.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Pre-Approval roles within the UAE healthcare sector
Extensive knowledge of insurance approvals and regulations specific to the Northern Emirates
AAPC Certification is mandatory (Medical Coding)
Strong background in handling insurance claims and coordinating with TPAs
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preference for male candidates
Responsibilities:
Review and process pre-approval requests for IP and OP cases
Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and coding standards
Liaise with doctors, insurance companies, and TPAs for case approvals
Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting
