Requirements:
Educational Background:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Relevant Experience:
-
At least 15 years of relevant experience in architectural design.

Minimum of 12 years of experience in consultancy field in the UAE, mostly in Abu Dhabi.
Technical Expertise:
-
Extensive experience in concept design, engineering disciplines, techniques, and best practices.

Demonstrated expertise in architectural design principles, construction materials, and building systems.

Significant experience in developing detailed design and tender documents, including interdisciplinary coordination and quality control, to ensure timely project delivery.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD; Revit experience is advantageous.

In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, authority requirements, regulations, and international codes and standards.

Road Safety Engineer
Requirements
Educational Background:

Bachelor of Civil Engineering from an accredited university (Master’s preferred) with a strong emphasis on transportation or traffic engineering.
Relevant Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in road safety audits, in-service road safety reviews/inspections, crash investigation, and road design.
-
Must have completed at least 5 Road Safety Audits (as Audit Team Member or Observer) in the past 24 months, two of which must be in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Transport Expertise:
-
Full familiarity with national and international standards and guidelines related to road safety and road design, including TR-540 (by QCC), TR-545 (by QCC), TR-514 (by QCC), TR-531 (by QCC), Highway Safety Manual (by AASHTO), Green Book (by AASHTO), MUTCD (by FHWA), HCM (by FHWA), and other guidelines published by QCC, AASHTO, FHWA, and ITE.

Planning Engineer
About the Job
Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Review and analyze the contractor’s baseline, monitoring, recovery, and revised programs (Primavera P6 or similar).

Review Contractor’s submitted Planning Package including the Construction Methodology, detailed Baseline Program, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), manpower histogram, plant histogram, and cash flow diagram.

Monitor site progress and verify compliance with the approved construction programme.

Coordinate with site supervision engineers and Resident Engineer to validate progress updates.

Evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) claims and provide technical recommendations.

Identify critical path activities and highlight risks or delays to project milestones.

Attend project meetings, including progress and coordination meetings, and provide input on scheduling matters.

Review and verify contractor’s weekly and monthly progress reports.

الخبرة العملية:

ما لا يقل عن 15 سنة من الخبرة ذات الصلة في التصميم المعماري.

خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في مجال الاستشارات داخل دولة الإمارات، ويفضّل أن تكون في أبوظبي.
الخبرة التقنية:

خبرة واسعة في التصميم المفاهيمي، ومهارات هندسية متقدمة، ومعرفة بأفضل الممارسات في المجال.

إتقان مبادئ التصميم المعماري ومواد البناء وأنظمة الإنشاء.

خبرة قوية في إعداد التصاميم التفصيلية ووثائق المناقصات وضمان التنسيق بين التخصصات المختلفة وجودة العمل لضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد.

المؤهل العلمي:

بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من جامعة معترف بها (ويُفضل من يحمل درجة الماجستير) مع تركيز على هندسة النقل أو المرور.
الخبرة العملية:
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تدقيق سلامة الطرق، والمراجعات الميدانية، والتحقيق في الحوادث، وتصميم الطرق.
-
يجب أن يكون المرشح قد أجرى ما لا يقل عن 5 تدقيقات سلامة طرق خلال الـ24 شهرًا الماضية، منها اثنان على الأقل في إمارة أبوظبي.
الخبرة الفنية:
-
