Outdoor Sales Executive - Electrical
Job Summary
-
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Electrical Division in Abu Dhabi.
-
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with MEP contractors, and promoting our range of electrical products for outdoor and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
-
Develop and maintain relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, and project managers within the Abu Dhabi market.
-
Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets in line with company objectives.
-
Promote and sell a wide range of electrical products including floor boxes, G.I. conduits, switches & sockets, earthing materials, and PVC conduits.
-
Conduct site visits, provide technical support, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
-
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with internal teams.
-
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and project developments in the region.
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in sales within the electrical or MEP contracting sector, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
-
Must hold a valid driving license.
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
-
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships effectively.
-
Preferred Nationality: Arabic.

Strong knowledge of electrical materials and specifications used in construction and infrastructure projects.

Design Drafter
Key Responsibilities
Design and Drafting
-
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, schematics, and as-built drawings for ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fire alarms, Central Battery System, PAVA, etc.
Technical Review
-
Review project specifications, design drawings, and technical requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Coordination
-
Work with engineers, project managers, and site teams to incorporate feedback and resolve design discrepancies.
Compliance and Standards
-
Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, local authority regulations (e.g., SIRA, ADMCC), and company procedures.
Documentation
-
Maintain and organize drawing records, version control, and other documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Updates and Revisions
-
Revise drawings based on site modifications, client feedback, and consultant requirements.
Support
-
Provide support for site teams and assist with drawing-related tasks for submissions and approvals.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.

مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة مع الطلاقة في الإنجليزية (العربية ميزة إضافية).

قدرة مثبتة على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وإدارة علاقات العملاء بفعالية.

الجنسية المفضلة: عربية.

رسام تصميم (Design Drafter)

التصميم والرسم: إعداد رسومات تفصيلية، مخططات، ومخططات As-Built لأنظمة ELV مثل CCTV، التحكم بالدخول، الشبكات، إنذارات الحريق، نظام البطارية المركزية، PAVA، وغيرها.

المراجعة الفنية: مراجعة مواصفات المشروع والرسومات والمتطلبات الفنية لضمان الدقة والكمال.

التنسيق: العمل مع المهندسين، مديري المشاريع، وفرق الموقع لتضمين الملاحظات وحل أي اختلافات تصميمية.

الامتثال والمعايير: التأكد من أن جميع الرسومات متوافقة مع معايير المشروع، لوائح السلطات المحلية (مثل SIRA، ADMCC)، وإجراءات الشركة.
