We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team. Overview
The Responsible Gaming Officer plays a vital role in overseeing various risk operations, including monitoring transactions for fraud detection and prevention, scrutinizing transactions for anti-money laundering (AML) activities, and conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) during both the onboarding and ongoing review processes. This position will be handling Responsible Gaming reviews, managing fraud and AML rules, analyzing extensive data sets, and maintaining compliance with AML regulations through diligent AML Screening.
Responsible Gaming
- Monitor Player Activity: Track player behaviour using data tools to identify potential signs of problem gambling, such as excessive spending, playtime, or self-exclusion triggers.
- Support Responsible Gaming Initiatives: Assist in implementing RG tools, such as deposit limits, time-out features, and self-exclusion processes, ensuring they are functioning properly.
- Customer Interaction Support: Collaborate with customer service teams to assist in resolving player queries related to responsible gaming and provide timely support for escalated cases.
- Data Analysis: Conduct entry-level data analysis to identify trends in player behaviour.
Customer Due Diligence
- Gather detailed customer information and supporting documents for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and review of specific triggers.
- Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews on high-risk clients and reviewing any EDD documents.
- Assessing and investigating AML reports and rules related to potentially suspicious activity/transactions.
- Perform controls on alerts resulting from the company’s PEPs, Sanctions, and Adverse Media screening process.
- Proactively engage with existing customers for the collection of required documents during periodic and event-triggered reviews.
- Maintain strict adherence to AML and CTF regulations, aligning with both regulatory expectations and company policies.
Fraud Monitoring and Investigation
- Monitors and investigates suspicious activity to identify and control fraudulent activity, such as account takeover, theft, and similar risks.
- Carry out in-depth investigations of flagged transactions and provide comprehensive reports on the outcomes.
- Assess the authenticity of KYC documents to prevent identity fraud.
- Continuously monitor account registrations, deposits, and withdrawals for any signs of fraudulent activity.
- Manage accounts and events flagged as suspicious, ensuring compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
Skills Required
- MUST have experience in Responsible Gaming
- Familiarity with AML regulations and requirements, including KYC standards
- Knowledge of fraud schemes, fraud prevention methods, and fraud detection tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties, and tasks
- Strong analytical mind and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in English is required
Qualifications

- Experienced Payroll Officer Needed in Abu Dhabi
Details
We are looking for a Payroll Officer to be based in Abu Dhabi Headquarters. The Payroll Officer is responsible for part or all of the payroll process and ensuring the timely and accurate administration of employee compensation, in accordance with established policies and within the required turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all policies and procedures related to payroll administration and processing.
- Enter and follow up on employees' deductions, loans, additions, commissions, and unpaid leaves.
- Verify if all newcomers have been entered into the system.
- Calculate final dues for leavers or transferred employees according to local laws and the Group’s policies.
- Process and issue employee monthly pay slips and ensure their distribution to employees.
- Prepare monthly salary entries and provisions by accounting standards and the specific Business Unit’s requirements.
- Ensure knowledge of WPS and all aspects of payroll processes while maintaining up-to-date payroll records in ERP software.
- Supervise accurate data records, process monthly payrolls, reconcile payroll figures with the finance department, ensure audit compliance, and prepare & report on monthly MIS.
- Provide staff guidance and procedures related to payroll and ensure HR services are provided per agreed service levels.
- Maintain employment records and handle HR-related queries.
- Maintain employees' leave records and handle leave calculations and leave rules.
- Ensure confidentiality of all payroll data.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll management.
- Degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related field (A Bachelor’s degree or CA, or equivalent is a plus).
- Experience managing payroll for over 200 employees.
- Ability to lead system implementation and identify requirements.
- Familiar with UAE Labour laws.
- Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.

التعليم:

خبرة الاختبار:
خبرة تزيد عن 5 سنوات في اختبار البرمجيات، مع معرفة بعمليات البحث والتطوير والاختبار، وتمتع بمهارات وخبرة قوية في الاختبار. الإلمام باستخدام أدوات الاختبار لاكتشاف العيوب في المنتج وضمان جودته.
مهارات الاختبار:
بحث معمق وخبرة عملية في واحد أو أكثر من المجالات مثل اختبار الأتمتة، اختبار الأداء، أو تحليل الشيفرة الثابتة.
خبرة متعلقة بالتطوير:
يفضل الخبرة في التكامل المستمر، أدوات التطوير، تصميم الأطر، أو الأنظمة الموزعة.
