كمتخصص في ضغوط ضخ العمليات عن بُعد، ستكون مسؤولاً عن العمل الميداني الأكثر مباشرة في موقع البئر، مع التعاون مع المحترفين عن بُعد والموارد المتخصصة عند الحاجة.
كمتخصص في ضغوط ضخ العمليات عن بُعد، ستكون مسؤولاً عن:
- اختبار، التعامل مع السطح ومعايرة أدوات الحفر، وعمليات الأسمنت، وضغط الأسلاك، وخلط وضخ واختبار سوائل الحفر والأسمنت.
- العمل تحت إشراف قليل أو بدون إشراف في موقع البئر، استلام واتباع التعليمات المفصلة حول كيفية أداء المهام الفنية الأساسية بأمان.
- التواصل بوضوح مع مركز العمليات عن بُعد والتنسيق مع المراجعات اللازمة لتصميمات العمل الحرجة وفقًا لمتطلبات كل منتج.
- التنسيق والإدارة في الوقت الفعلي لمراقبة بيانات تنفيذ العمل للحصول على وتقييم بيانات العلاج، ومعايرة نماذج محاكاة الشقوق أو Circa RT أو Cemfacts، والإشراف على تنفيذ العلاج بدون أخطاء.
- الإشراف اليومي على تقدم العمل في موقع البئر قبل تنفيذ العمل، مراجعة تقارير الميدان يوميًا و/أو الحصول على تحديثات حالة العمل من الموقع، تحديد المشاكل المحتملة ومعالجتها أو تصعيدها حسب الحاجة، وإجراء التعديلات في الوقت المناسب إذا لزم الأمر وإبلاغ العمليات والفريق.
- تقديم الدعم خلال دورة العمل، وبالأخص في مراحل جاهزية التنفيذ وتنفيذ المشروع.
- دعم الاستدامة وجودة الخدمة في التحقيقات الحادثة وتنفيذ تحليل الأسباب الجذرية/الإجراءات التصحيحية.

- درجة بكاليروس من جامعة معترف بها أو شهادة الثانوية العامة / GED مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في بيئة التصنيع.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل على منتجات سطحية للبئر، تحديدًا في التجميع، واختبار الضغط (السائل والغاز).
- إجادة التعامل مع معايير API 6A.
- القدرة على تفسير وفهم الرسومات الهندسية والإجراءات لإجراء التجميع واختبار الضغط بأمان.
- إجادة معرفة مخاطر السلامة في الضغط والتخفيف الفعّال المستخدم في العمليات الصناعية.

يعمل فريق خدمات حقول النفط لدينا على تجميع واختبار أحدث منتجات المعدات الخاصة بحقول النفط، التي تُعد القلب النابض لعملنا.
نتعاون مع فرقنا في العلوم والهندسة الميكانيكية والكهربائية، والفيزياء، والجيولوجيا، لتطوير أدوات حفر مبتكرة.
لكي تكون ناجحًا في هذا الدور، يجب أن تمتلك:
- القدرة على التعرف على أنواع مختلفة من معدات حقول النفط.
- أداء التصليح الأساسي في الموقع.
- تحديد الحالة التشغيلية الحالية للمعدات.
- أداء جميع المسؤوليات المطلوبة بأمان وفقًا لتعليمات العمل.
- إجراء جميع الأنشطة التجارية بما يتماشى مع سياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ومتطلبات الامتثال القانوني والقيم الأساسية لشركة بيكر هيوز.

عن الوظيفة:
كعالم جيولوجيا الحفر المغلق، ستكون مسؤولاً عن:
- ضمان العمليات الفعلية أثناء وبعد العمليات لعمليات الحفر المغلق.
- التركيز بشكل أساسي على تسجيل الإنتاج، سلامة الآبار وتقييم الأسمنت.
- تقديم المساعدة والنصيحة في التخطيط المسبق للعمل مع العميل، تكوين الأدوات، الدعم أثناء العمل، ومراجعة ما بعد العمل.
- إعداد تقارير التفسير الفني لخدمات الحفر باستخدام الأسلاك.
- العمل في ساعات مرنة حسب احتياجات العمليات.
لكي تكون ناجحًا في هذا الدور، يجب أن تمتلك:
- دبلوم أو أعلى في العلوم أو الهندسة أو التكنولوجيا.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في جيولوجيا الحفر المغلق - يمكن للخريجين الجدد التقديم.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي.
- خبرة في العمليات أو الخبرة الميدانية في خدمات الحفر باستخدام الأسلاك تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
