Officer - Sales (Retail)
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a welcoming showroom experience.
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Actively follow up on sales leads and achieve sales targets.
- Process transactions accurately and manage warranties or product concerns.
- Collaborate with technicians and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Set up promotions, seasonal displays, and participate in marketing events.
What You'll Need:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in retail sales or a customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of retail sales and car care products is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Performance Indicators: Customer satisfaction, achieving revenue targets, and sales conversion rates.

ما ستقوم به:
- الترحيب بالعملاء ومساعدتهم، لضمان تجربة عرض مميزة.
- التعرف على احتياجات العملاء وتقديم توصيات مخصصة للمنتجات.
- متابعة الفرص البيعية بنشاط وتحقيق الأهداف البيعية.
- معالجة المعاملات بدقة وإدارة الضمانات أو القضايا المتعلقة بالمنتجات.
- التعاون مع الفنيين والمشرفين لضمان رضا العملاء.
- إعداد العروض الترويجية والعروض الموسمية والمشاركة في الفعاليات التسويقية.
ما ستحتاج إليه:
- مهارات تواصل قوية مع تركيز على العملاء.
- درجة بكاليريوس في مجال الأعمال أو في مجال ذي صلة يُفضل.
- حد أدنى 3 سنوات من الخبرة في مبيعات التجزئة أو دور مواجه للعملاء.
- المعرفة بمبيعات التجزئة ومنتجات العناية بالسيارات تعتبر ميزة.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة ومتغيرة.
المؤشرات الرئيسية للأداء: رضا العملاء، تحقيق أهداف الإيرادات، ومعدلات التحويل البيعي.
