CNC Machine Operator (Fanuc, Okuma)

About the Job:

The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for the manufacturing of the Power Section (Stator & Rotor) by following procedures and SOPs.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines to manufacture power sections (Stator & Rotor).
  • Follow established procedures and SOPs for machine operations and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with knowledge in basic math.

Skills, Training, Special Knowledge, and/or Language Skills:

  • Knowledge of the proper use of measuring tools/gauges and other tools.
  • Understanding of routers, drawings, and procedures.
  • Experience operating machines such as conventional/manual lathes in a heavy manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to communicate in English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in the safe use of power tools in manufacturing industries.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ability to understand basic engineering drawings.
  • Ability to present and explain basic technical information to a diverse audience.

Quality Inspector (BOP, Valves, Manifolds)

Essential Qualifications:

Educational Qualification & Experience Required:

  • High School (10+2) or Technical Diploma (3 to 5 years), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in machine shop QC inspection/NDE, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Inspector role.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Experience in preparing QA/QC reports for management.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Graduates with 2 to 5 years in machine shop QC inspection/NDE, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • AWS or CWSIP 3.1 or 3.2 certificates are an added advantage.
  • Possess MPI & LP ASNT Level II valid certificates.

Service Equipment Assembly Technician (TorqueMasters, Mini Tongs)

Essential Qualifications:

Educational Qualification & Experience Required:

  • Standard Grade Level of Secondary Education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar job role.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems and schematic drawings.
  • The ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of downhole service equipment and maintenance procedures.
  • Computer literacy, including good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Good communication skills (in English).
  • Practical training on all essential workshop equipment, including TM unit, overhead crane, forklift, gas safety, and abrasive wheels.

Workshop Technician (Pump, Skid-based Packages)

Essential Qualifications:

Educational Qualification & Experience Required:

  • High school secondary education with a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in skid-based rotating equipment packages assembly.
  • Ability to understand and read technical product specifications and drawings and act accordingly.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Knowledge of pumps (reciprocating, rotary, PCP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with basic computer usage (email, printing, etc.).
  • Ability to lead and troubleshoot mechanical assembly and testing issues related to skid pump packages (including engine, pump, gear reducer, coupling, belt drive, etc.).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Pre-diploma technical education, ITI.
  • Hands-on experience in welding, grinding, and gas cutting.

Quality & Operations Manager (Directional Drilling/MLWD Tools, Repair and Maintenance)

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

  • Experience with international certification and quality assurance.
  • Deep understanding of Directional Drilling (M/LWD).
  • Preferably, relevant hands-on experience in a service shop with downhole tools, such as Directional Motors, Rotary Steerable Systems, and other downhole tools.

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in Directional Drilling, MWD, and R&M.
  • Proven team-building and leadership experience.
  • QA/QC experience and knowledge of international certification and standards.

Essential Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience and knowledge in General Accounting, IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX Reporting in MNC/Shared Services.
