Job Title: SMM Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop a content plan;
- Analyze the market, audience, and competitors;
- Communicate with followers on social media;
- Monitor the effectiveness of page promotion;
- Moderate accounts (maintain brand reputation, manage comments and feedback);
- Keep reports on completed tasks;
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and meetings.
The main goal of an SMM specialist is to ensure regular and stable social media operations with high reach. We need someone who will not only maintain the love of our audience but also amplify it exponentially.
Requirements:
- English proficiency at B2-C1 level;
- Knowledge of the automotive industry or previous experience in it is a plus;
- Strong visual awareness;
- Fast, bold, and adaptable mindset;
- High sense of taste and aesthetics;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Automated generation of creative ideas;
- Skilled in writing texts that will make everyone smile with joy.
Work Conditions:
- Probation period of 1-2 months;
- Competitive salary;
- Working hours: 6/1 schedule, from 10:00 to 19:00.

المسؤوليات:
- إعداد خطة المحتوى؛
- تحليل السوق والجمهور والمنافسين؛
- التواصل مع المتابعين على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي؛
- متابعة فعالية الترويج للصفحات؛
- الإشراف على الحسابات (الحفاظ على سمعة العلامة التجارية، التعامل مع التعليقات والمراجعات)؛
- إعداد تقارير عن الأعمال المنجزة؛
- المشاركة في جلسات العصف الذهني والاجتماعات.
الهدف الرئيسي من أخصائي SMM هو ضمان عمل وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بشكل منتظم ومستقر مع تغطية عالية. نحن نبحث عن شخص يمكنه الحفاظ على حب الجمهور وزيادته بشكل كبير.
المتطلبات:
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى B2-C1؛
- معرفة بصناعة السيارات أو خبرة سابقة في هذا المجال ستكون ميزة؛
- القدرة على الرؤية البصرية؛
- سريع، جريء، وذو تفكير مرن؛
- شعور عالٍ بالذوق والجمال؛
- مهارات عالية في إدارة الوقت؛
- القدرة على توليد أفكار إبداعية بشكل آلي؛
- القدرة على كتابة نصوص تجعل الجميع سعيدين.
شروط العمل:
- فترة تجريبية من 1 إلى 2 شهر؛
- راتب تنافسي؛
- ساعات العمل: 6/1، من الساعة 10:00 صباحًا إلى 7:00 مساءً.
