Job Title: Technical Manager - Engineering
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Technical Manager - Engineering will lead the engineering team for high-rise building projects, ensuring technical execution aligns with architectural designs. This role requires a civil engineering background with a solid understanding of architectural design, strong leadership, and cross-department collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering team in the planning, design, and execution of high-rise building projects.
- Integrate architectural designs with engineering requirements to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and approve engineering designs, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet technical requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.
- Mentor engineering staff and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders on technical matters.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Architectural design background.
- 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years as a Technical Manager on high-rise building projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and experience integrating them with engineering solutions.
- Experience with ALDAR projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).

سيتولى مدير فني - الهندسة قيادة فريق الهندسة لمشاريع المباني الشاهقة، مع ضمان تنفيذ الأعمال التقنية بما يتوافق مع التصاميم المعمارية. يتطلب هذا الدور خلفية في الهندسة المدنية وفهمًا قويًا للتصميم المعماري، بالإضافة إلى مهارات القيادة والتعاون بين الأقسام.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- قيادة وإدارة فريق الهندسة في تخطيط وتصميم وتنفيذ مشاريع المباني الشاهقة.
- دمج التصاميم المعمارية مع المتطلبات الهندسية لضمان تنفيذ سلس للمشروع.
- مراجعة واعتماد التصاميم الهندسية، مع التأكد من توافقها مع المعايير المعمارية.
- التعاون مع مديري المشاريع لتلبية المتطلبات الفنية والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصناعة ومعايير السلامة وإجراءات ضمان الجودة.
- توجيه موظفي الهندسة وتعزيز ثقافة الابتكار والتحسين المستمر.
- التنسيق مع العملاء والمقاولين والمساهمين بشأن الأمور الفنية.
الملف المطلوب للمرشح:
- درجة بكاليروس في الهندسة المدنية.
- خلفية في التصميم المعماري.
- خبرة 15+ سنة في صناعة البناء، مع ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات كمدير فني في مشاريع المباني الشاهقة.
- فهم قوي لمبادئ التصميم المعماري وخبرة في دمجها مع الحلول الهندسية.
- خبرة في مشاريع ALDAR تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- إتقان استخدام البرمجيات الهندسية (AutoCAD، Revit، وغيرها).
- مهارات قوية في التواصل وحل المشكلات.
