Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Coordinator at Al Shandagha Architects & Engineering Consultants in Dubai.
- The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities, collaborating with architects and engineers, managing projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of BIM technologies.
- DUBAI experience is a must.
Qualifications:
- BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills - DUBAI experience is a must.
- Experience in Architecture and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP).
- Project Management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in BIM software.
- Knowledge of construction processes and standards.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
