Position Overview

The Hospitality Culture Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of Etihad Rail Mobility’s stations, lounge, and onboard hospitality offerings. This role ensures that we put the customer at the heart of everything we do.
The Hospitality Culture Manager will oversee the specification and delivery of soft services, ensuring that customer-facing staff are trained to the highest levels and capable of delivering service excellence in a personalized and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge and management experience in soft service skills, customer hospitality, service implementation, training, coaching, and service quality management.
This position requires proven experience in hospitality services or transportation hospitality, with the successful candidate demonstrating how they have contributed to exceptional levels of service in similar roles.

عن الوظيفة:
نظرة عامة عن الوظيفة:
كمخطط خدمة، ستكون جزءًا أساسيًا لضمان سير عمل خدمات قطارات الركاب بسلاسة وكفاءة. ستتضمن مهامك التخطيط الدقيق والتنسيق لجدول الخدمات، والأنشطة الصيانة لتلبية احتياجات الركاب والحفاظ على أعلى معايير الخدمة.
المسؤوليات والمهام:
- تطوير وإدارة جداول الخدمة الشاملة، بما في ذلك جداول القطارات، الروتينات الصيانة، لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.
- تقييم وتحسين جداول الخدمة بشكل مستمر لتحسين الكفاءة وتقليل الانقطاعات وتعزيز رضا الركاب.
- التعاون مع فرق الصيانة لتخطيط وجدولة مهام الصيانة الدورية والوقائية، وتقليل توقف الخدمة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط الطوارئ واستراتيجيات الاستجابة للتعامل مع الانقطاعات أو التأخيرات أو الطوارئ بسرعة.
- تحليل البيانات التشغيلية وقياسات الأداء لتحديد الاتجاهات والفرص للتحسين.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات، بما في ذلك العمليات والصيانة وخدمة العملاء لضمان تقديم الخدمة بشكل سلس.
- الحفاظ على سجلات وتوثيق شاملة لجدول الخدمات.
المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:
- درجة بكاليريوس في إدارة النقل، أو أبحاث العمليات، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تخطيط الخدمات أو جدولة المهام أو دور مشابه، مع خلفية قوية في صناعة السكك الحديدية أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- مهارات تحليلية واستنتاجية استثنائية.
- إجادة استخدام برامج جدولة الخدمات وأدوات تحليل البيانات.
- مهارات تواصل وعلاقات بين شخصية قوية.
مدير ضمان الصيانة
المؤهلات الأكاديمية:
- درجة بكاليريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
المؤهلات المهنية:
- شهادة مهنية أو اعتماد من جهة مهنية ذات صلة، مثل مؤسسة المهندسين الميكانيكيين أو غيرها، ستكون ميزة إضافية.
الخبرة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الصناعة ذات الصلة، بما في ذلك إدارة الصيانة، ويفضل في مشاريع السكك الحديدية أو النقل.
- فهم قوي لأنظمة السكك الحديدية، بما في ذلك المركبات المتنقلة والبنية التحتية.
- سجل مثبت في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الضمان و الامتثال.
- مهارات قيادية وتواصل بين شخصية قوية.
- معرفة بإدارة الصيانة (مثل CMMS) ومعايير السلامة.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية قوية.
- قدرة على التوقع والتحليل وتحديد المشكلات وحلها.
- إدارة أصحاب المصلحة مع العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين.
المتطلبات الخاصة:

قائد فريق سائق قطار
المؤهلات الأكاديمية:
- يجب أن يكون حائزًا على رخصة سائق قطار سارية مع سجل حافل من الخبرة الناجحة في قيادة القطارات.
- خبرة سابقة في دور قيادي أو إشرافي ضمن بيئة السكك الحديدية أو النقل.
المؤهلات المهنية:
- معرفة شاملة بأنظمة السلامة في السكك الحديدية، والإجراءات التشغيلية، وأفضل الممارسات.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والقدرة على اتخاذ قرارات فعالة، خاصة في حالات الطوارئ.
- مهارات تواصل بين شخصية ممتازة.
- تركيز إيجابي على العملاء واهتمام بتقديم خدمة استثنائية.
- خبرة واسعة في تشغيل قطارات الركاب.
- خبرة مفضلة في التدريب.
الخبرة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال السكك الحديدية.
- الكفاءة الحالية في أداء مهام موظف الحوادث في السكك الحديدية.
- الكفاءة الحالية في قيادة القطارات.
- خبرة في تقييم المخاطر وأنظمة العمل الآمنة.
- خبرة في التحقيقات الحوادث.
المهارات الأخرى:
- القدرة على أداء مهام موظف الحوادث في السكك الحديدية أو منسق عمليات القطارات عند الحاجة.
مشرف إشارات
المؤهلات الأكاديمية:
- درجة بكاليريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
المؤهلات المهنية:
- شهادة إشارات رخصة قيادة (سيارة ومركبة ثقيلة).
- 10 سنوات من الخبرة في صيانة السكك الحديدية (الإشارات وإمدادات الطاقة، من الخطوط التقليدية إلى الخطوط عالية السرعة/ ETCS - ERTMS).
- تفويض التبديل (الأنظمة المتوسطة والعالية الجهد).
- إجادة استخدام MS Office.
- القدرة على قراءة أو استخدام SAP، Tilos، Primavera أو برامج التقارير والجداول الزمنية المماثلة.
الخبرة:
- معرفة مثبتة بأنظمة الإشارات ETCS.
موظف تقني للصيانة
المؤهلات الأكاديمية:
- درجة بكاليريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية، الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
المؤهلات المهنية:
- شهادة مهنية أو اعتماد من جهة مهنية ذات صلة، مثل مؤسسة المهندسين الميكانيكيين أو غيرها، ستكون ميزة إضافية.
الخبرة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الصيانة التقنية، ويفضل في مشاريع السكك الحديدية أو النقل.
- فهم لأنظمة السكك الحديدية، بما في ذلك المركبات المتنقلة والبنية التحتية.
- معرفة بإدارة الصيانة (مثل CMMS) أو معايير السلامة سيكون ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية جيدة.
- معرفة بمعايير السكك الحديدية، اللوائح الأمنية، وبروتوكولات الصيانة.
المتطلبات الخاصة:

- دبلوم أو بكاليريوس مفضل.
- درجة في النقل، اللوجستيات، الصناعة أو مجال ذي صلة.
المؤهلات المهنية:
- شهادة معرفة بالصناعة ستكون ميزة إضافية.
الخبرة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- معرفة جيدة باللوجستيات وسلاسل الإمداد، بيئة الشحن أو الشحنات واتجاهاتها.
- معرفة بالمنتجات وطرق النقل المختلفة وقوتها النسبية.
- فهم جيد لعمليات اللوجستيات الحديثة وكفاءتها.
- إلمام بنظام SAP والأنظمة التقنية.
المهارات الأخرى:
- لياقة بدنية جيدة.
- مستوى متقدم من المهارات الكتابية والشفهية باللغة الإنجليزية، ويفضل العربية.
- رخصة قيادة إماراتية.
- مهارات تحليلية لحل المشكلات.
- الالتزام بمتطلبات السلطات والهيئات التنظيمية.
مدير المستودع
المؤهلات الأكاديمية:
- درجة بكاليريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة (ميكانيكية، كهربائية، إلكترونية أو ما يعادلها).
- شهادة مهنية أو اعتماد من جهة مهنية ذات صلة ستكون ميزة إضافية.
الخبرة:
- 10 سنوات أو أكثر من الخبرة ذات الصلة، بما في ذلك إدارة العقود.
- معرفة بتشغيل السكك الحديدية بما في ذلك دليل القواعد، إدارة الحوادث، إلخ.
- معرفة بالمواصفات والمعايير ذات الصلة.
- معرفة بالصيانة المعتمدة على الحالة (CBM) والصيانة التنبؤية.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي.
