Job Role
The Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Preparing and defining the business scope for new projects and programs within the Maritime division of the Solution Analysis department.
- Guiding businesses in improving processes, products, services, and software.
- Leading the full cycle from process analysis, benchmarking, and process reengineering, to requirements analysis and design.
- Coordinating with other departments such as Stakeholder Management, Operations, and Digitalization.
- Identifying gaps in existing processes or solutions and managing Change Management processes to ensure services and solutions are up to date and best practices are adopted.
Required Skills & Education
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a reputable organization.
- Experience in logistics and maritime industry is a must.
- Preference for candidates with experience delivering shipping and maritime-related projects.
- BS/BA degree in a software or technical industry (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience performing similar roles in business consulting.
- Strong focus on consultative, solution-based selling at an Enterprise level.
- CBAP Certification is preferred.

دور الوظيفة
سيكون محلل الأعمال مسؤولاً عن:
- إعداد وتحديد نطاق العمل للمشاريع والبرامج الجديدة في قسم الحلول البحرية.
- إرشاد الشركات في تحسين العمليات، المنتجات، الخدمات و البرمجيات.
- قيادة الدورة الكاملة من تحليل العمليات، المقارنة المرجعية، و إعادة تصميم العمليات إلى تحليل المتطلبات و التصميم.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى مثل إدارة أصحاب المصلحة، العمليات و التحول الرقمي.
- تحديد الفجوات في العمليات أو الحلول الحالية وإدارة عمليات إدارة التغيير لضمان تحديث الخدمات والحلول واعتماد أفضل الممارسات.
المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة
- خبرة كمحلل أعمال أو مالك منتج في منظمة مرموقة.
- خبرة في صناعة اللوجستيات والملاحة البحرية أمر ضروري.
- يفضل المرشحون ذوو الخبرة في تقديم مشاريع مرتبطة بالشحن والملاحة البحرية.
- درجة بكالوريوس في صناعة البرمجيات أو التقنية (أو خبرة عملية معادلة).
- 5+ سنوات من الخبرة في أداء الأدوار المماثلة في استشارات الأعمال.
- تركيز قوي على البيع الاستشاري والحلول على مستوى المؤسسات.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة CBAP.
