Role Description
In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle, from reporting daily progress to the Project Head and Chairman, to ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. Your expertise will guide the project team, enabling smooth execution and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Accountability: Manage and oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring all phases are executed effectively.

- Site Engineer Coordination: Assign site engineers to report and track overtime for site activities.

- Progress Payment Preparation: Prepare and analyze progress payment applications with the Office Engineering Department.
- Variation Monitoring: Keep a close watch on variations and extensions of time with costs, securing timely consultant approvals.
- Subcontractor Oversight: Monitor subcontractor activities, including work progress, penalties, material wastage, quality issues, delays, and work completion targets.
