Job Description
- Ensure that the entire workplace is orderly, clean, and well-organized, including tables, chairs, counters, roof, side walls, floor ambiance, furniture, fixtures, sculptures, and display props.
- Take orders by suggesting to guests and confirming receipt of orders! Always upsell to maximize the outlet’s revenue.
- Serve guests professionally and courteously from their arrival until their departure from the restaurant.
- Prepare accurate itemized guest checks as per consumption and collect payment.
- Help improve service quality by encouraging guests to provide feedback using appropriate measures (Tripadvisor, etc.).
- Monitor each guest's experience to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist Senior Waiter/Waitress in serving dishes, cleaning tables, setting up, and offering beverages (wine, cocktails, water, coffee, tea, etc.).
- Maintain a presence on the floor during peak hours.
- Uphold a warm and friendly working environment.
- Ensure all records essential to operations are monitored and that mise-en-place is ready for service (cutlery, crockery, glassware, condiments, linen, etc.).
- Keep all equipment clean and in good working condition, reporting any issues to Seniors, Supervisors, or Managers for action.
Skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes, including needs assessment and customer satisfaction evaluation.
- Effective communication skills, both spoken and written; fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
- Basic understanding of computer software such as Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks while adapting to changing conditions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional manner within a diverse, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques necessary for the position.
- Provide fast and friendly service to guests in accordance with company standards.
- Understanding of airline lounge utilization and operations.
- Awareness of financial aspects within the area, such as revenue goals and budgets.

الوصف الوظيفي
- التأكد من أن مكان العمل بالكامل منظم ونظيف، بما في ذلك الطاولات والكراسي والعدادات والأسقف والجدران الجانبية وأرضية المطعم والأثاث والمرافق والنحت والعناصر المعروضة.
- أخذ الطلبات من الضيوف من خلال اقتراح الأطباق وتأكيد استلام الطلبات! دائما العمل على زيادة المبيعات لتعظيم إيرادات المكان.
- تقديم الخدمة للضيوف بشكل احترافي ومهذب منذ وصولهم وحتى مغادرتهم للمطعم.
- إعداد فواتير مفصلة دقيقة حسب الاستهلاك وجمع المدفوعات.
- المساعدة في تحسين جودة الخدمة من خلال تشجيع الضيوف على تقديم التعليقات عبر القنوات المناسبة (مثل Tripadvisor، إلخ).
- مراقبة تجربة كل ضيف لضمان رضاهم.
- مساعدة النادل/النادلة العليا في تقديم الأطباق، تنظيف الطاولات، إعداد الطاولات، وعرض المشروبات (نبيذ، كوكتيلات، ماء، قهوة، شاي، إلخ).
- الحفاظ على الحضور في المكان خلال أوقات الذروة.
- تعزيز بيئة عمل دافئة وودية.
- ضمان مراقبة السجلات الضرورية لعمليات الخدمة وجاهزية التحضيرات اللازمة مثل أدوات المائدة، الأواني، الزجاجيات، التوابل، والمناشف.
- الحفاظ على نظافة جميع المعدات وحالتها الجيدة، والإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل على الفور للمديرين أو المشرفين.
المهارات
- معرفة بمبادئ وعمليات خدمة العملاء، بما في ذلك تقييم احتياجات العملاء وتقييم رضاهم.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة، شفوية وكتابية؛ إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (مع معرفة اللغة العربية ميزة).
- فهم أساسي لبرامج الكمبيوتر مثل Word وExcel.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة وتغيير الأولويات والتكيف مع الظروف المتغيرة.
