Accommodation Officer
About the job
The Accommodation Officer provides leadership for overall management and development of Mai Dubai Accommodation. The Mai Dubai accommodation is a residential camp facility with rooms, dining halls, playgrounds, etc. The total strength of the camp is 500 employees. This is responsible work in camp management and maintenance. An employee allocated to this position is responsible for proper allocation of rooms to employees, maintenance and repairs on the camp to ensure successful operation. Work is performed within established policies and procedures under the general direction of the Accommodation Supervisor/Senior HR Manager.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall management of labour camp activities.
- Ensures proper allotment of rooms for the employees based on titles/grades and as per company policy/procedures.
- Arranges accommodation for new arrivals.
- Ensures cleanliness of the labour camp at all times.
- Ensures up-to-date record for room occupants.
- Verify and check compliance of the camp on a day-to-day basis.
- Coordinates with HR & Business Support Division for distribution of company letters, documents, materials, etc.
- Ensures all assets in the camp are safe.
- Ensures discipline in the camp at all times.
- Ensure that domestic water tanks are cleaned and tested as per DM regulations.
- Ensures sewage water/waste is disposed of on time and maintains proper record.
- Maintains and supervises the camp first aid room.
- Ensures that catering services are available on time (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) in coordination with the catering company.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections and report any maintenance issues to the related function.
- Manages the camp budget including (laundry materials and maintenance cost).
- Manages camp stores and related camp room furniture stock.
- Manages the security of the labour camp and maintains the installed systems.
- Participates in incidents investigations which are related to the camp.
- Submits the monthly report to the supervisor/manager.
- Supervises the reinstatement of the room and maintains the camp envelope.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor/manager.
Qualifications & Training
- High School Diploma
- Valid UAE light vehicle driver's license
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience

Superintendent Stores, Dispensers and Vending Machines Operations
About the job
The Superintendent Stores, Dispensers, and Vending Machines will be responsible for the following:
- Engineering Stores: Managing inventory, overseeing stock control, and maintaining efficient operations within a company's stores department.
- Dispensers and Vending Machine workshops: Monitor repairs, manage inventory, ensure 5S and safety regulations are followed strictly.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure the ordering, receiving, issuing, and disposal of stores stock is undertaken in accordance with procedures at all times.
- Ensure correct and timely capturing of delivery notes and invoices.
- Process all new stock take-on and ensure that bins are allocated for new stock items.
- Manage systems to monitor the stock and inventory in the store, including current stock levels.
- Timely submission of approved invoices to the Finance department.
- Ensure minimum and maximum stock thresholds are always maintained.
- Raise Purchase requests for the Engineering items when the reorder levels have been reached closely to safety stock levels.
- Prepare a full report on all stock-outs on a weekly basis and control the cost of stores inventory.
- Track the Purchase request report in order to ensure the Purchase Order creation.
- Continuously improve processes to increase stores efficiency and reduce costs.
- Follow 5S practices all the time without compromise.
- Conduct weekly/monthly internal stock counts to ensure no stock variance.
- Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Monitor daily stock movement of Custody dispensers, chillers, and spares and consumables issuance.
- Follow up with technicians on the daily sanitization schedule.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the dispenser/VM department.
- Manage scheduling and task assignments for the service team.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of service requests and complaints.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of water dispensers, parts, and supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of necessary items.
- Ensure that all service activities comply with safety and quality standards.
- Train and mentor department staff on best practices and safety procedures.

- ITI or Diploma in a related field
Experience
- 5 years of experience in any FMCG retail industry, preferably in production plants and preferably in the GCC region
Knowledge
- Should have direct exposure in stores handling in the beverage or FMCG industry.
