We’re seeking a visionary Design Director for Retail and Mixed-Use to lead the charge in shaping groundbreaking projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Leadership:
Lead the conceptual design process for retail and mixed-use projects, ensuring innovative and contextually responsive solutions.
Oversee the development of design briefs, presentations, and visualizations that effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure designs are aligned with the firm’s ethos, brand, and project goals while also meeting regulatory requirements and sustainability standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into project designs.
2. Project Management:
Collaborate with project managers to ensure design phases are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, and landscape architects, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
Provide strategic input and guidance during all phases of the project, from schematic design through construction documentation and administration.
Oversee the preparation of detailed design documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
3. Client Engagement:
Act as the primary design contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead client presentations and meetings, effectively communicating design concepts and addressing feedback.
Work closely with the business development team to identify and pursue new project opportunities, preparing design proposals and participating in pitches.
4. Team Development:
Mentor and develop junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative studio environment.
Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to design team members, identifying opportunities for professional growth.
Lead design reviews, offering constructive critique and guidance to ensure the highest quality of work.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the design team.
5. Strategic Contribution:
Contribute to the firm’s strategic vision for the Dubai office, aligning design initiatives with business goals.
Participate in high-level decision-making processes regarding project selection, resource allocation, and design direction.

1. قيادة التصميم:
قيادة عملية التصميم المفاهيمي لمشاريع البيع بالتجزئة والاستخدامات المتعددة، وضمان حلول مبتكرة ومستجيبة للسياق.
الإشراف على تطوير ملخصات التصميم والعروض التقديمية والتصورات التي تنقل بشكل فعال نية التصميم للعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
ضمان أن تكون التصميمات متوافقة مع فلسفة الشركة وعلامتها التجارية وأهداف المشروع مع تلبية المتطلبات التنظيمية ومعايير الاستدامة.
