Exciting Opportunity: Assistant Manager – QHSE

Support the strategic implementation and continual improvement of the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Management System across all logistics and warehousing operations. Supervise QHSE activities within warehouse and transport functions, review operational performance, and ensure alignment with corporate and regulatory standards. Lead internal audits, coordinate training and awareness programs, and monitor compliance through structured inspections and performance reviews. Collaborate closely with the QHSE Manager to foster a proactive culture of safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Quality & Food Safety Management: Support the implementation and monitoring of Quality and FSMS procedures across warehousing and transport operations.

 Field Specialist – Artificial Lift System 

Responsible for installation/pulling of AccessESP Retrievable ESP systems and associated equipment in offshore and onshore assignments. Manage ESP equipment to maximize well productivity and ESP run life. Travel internationally or domestically on short notice as required. Handle special projects and ensure all business activities comply with HSE policies, legal requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values.

 Project Manager

Details

Manage allocated customer key accounts and projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Oversee projects from planning through contractual delivery and close-out review. Coordinate communications between customers and internal departments. Monitor contractual documentation, project expenditure, and performance, ensuring timely invoicing and addressing any variances. Negotiate effectively and document project variations as required.

Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul Mechanic 

Keep designated Pressure Pumping equipment operational according to guidelines. Plan equipment maintenance and maintain accurate records. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic components. Assemble, maintain, and overhaul equipment to ensure safety and reliability. Ensure full compliance for all products, check and verify components using measuring and gauging equipment, support incident investigations, and execute SAP transactions related to maintenance and operations.
