Communications Lead 

Lead high-impact communications initiatives that enhance Zayed National Museum’s regional and international profile through strategic media partnerships, flagship campaign development, and executive-level communications. Strengthen internal communications frameworks to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistency across the institution. Operates as a senior individual contributor, leading complex workstreams without direct line management responsibility.

Requirements

Proven experience in communications strategy and media relations, strong writing and presentation skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and deep understanding of UAE culture and public engagement.

 Digital Learning Lead

Lead the delivery of innovative technology-driven digital programmes, platforms, and content that incorporate interpretation, learning experiences, and interactive technologies to engage diverse audiences online and in person across the UAE and beyond. Collaborate across teams to enhance visitor engagement and learning through gallery displays, websites, apps, audio, site-specific activations, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital learning, technology-driven content creation, and program delivery, with strong project management and collaboration skills, and an understanding of museum education and audience engagement.

Senior Graphic Designer 

Support the Publications team in producing high-quality engaging publications. Develop visual concepts for new publications, adapt and update existing titles, and manage files through to print production. Contribute to accessible and electronic publishing initiatives, ensuring content is inclusive, high-quality, and aligned with institutional branding and curatorial standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop creative design concepts for new museum publications, including exhibition catalogues, guidebooks, scholarly publications, coffee table books, and children’s publications.
  • Translate curatorial and editorial content into visually compelling, clear, and culturally sensitive designs.
Requirements

Strong graphic design skills, proficiency with design software, experience in publication design, attention to detail, and ability to work within brand and curatorial guidelines.
