Experience Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or Fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Prepare detailed 2D drawings: layouts, sections, elevations, joinery, and shop drawings.
-
Ensure design intent, dimensions, technical accuracy, and site coordination.
-
Work under pressure to meet deadlines.
-
Communicate and coordinate with design, site, and project management teams.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
Software & Technical Skills:
-
AutoCAD (Advanced 2D drafting: layouts, joinery, details)

SketchUp / Revit (modeling and visualization support)

Photoshop (presentation and rendering support)

MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Knowledge of drawing standards, dimensioning, material notation, and construction details.

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:

خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في الإمارات ضمن مشاريع التصميم الداخلي، الهندسة المعمارية، أو التشطيبات.

القدرة على إعداد رسومات ثنائية الأبعاد مفصلة تشمل المخططات، المقاطع، الواجهات، النجارة، ورسومات الورش.
-
فهم قوي لغرض التصميم، الأبعاد، الدقة التقنية، وتنسيق الموقع.
-
القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط وتسليم رسومات دقيقة ضمن المواعيد النهائية.
-
مهارات اتصال وتنسيق ممتازة بين فرق التصميم والموقع وإدارة المشروع.
-
درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في الهندسة المعمارية، التصميم الداخلي، أو الهندسة المدنية.
المهارات التقنية والبرمجية:

AutoCAD (رسم ثنائي الأبعاد متقدم – مخططات، نجارة، تفاصيل).
