EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Coating plant)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform mechanical maintenance and repair tasks as per work instructions.
Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain mechanical maintenance checklists and accurate maintenance records.
Perform hot work activities including GTAW and SMAW.
Perform structural and sheet metal fabrication works.
Follow all NOV HSE, QMS, and company policies and procedures.
Report unsafe acts or conditions and participate in HSE meetings and training sessions.
Use and maintain tools and PPE properly in compliance with safety standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Technical Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar mechanical maintenance role, preferably within a coating or industrial plant.
Good communication skills, teamwork, quality orientation, and time management abilities.
Knowledge of safe work practices and permit-to-work systems.

Quality Inspector (Visual and Dimensional, Warehouse Operations, JAFZA)

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Good in oral and written English communication.
Possess leadership quality, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Cooperative team player who works well in groups & individually.
Strong analytical and keen observer.
Knowledge in use of measuring tools & interpret drawings.

Proficiency in MS Office & job-related computer skills.
Warehousing and quality knowledge.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:

Essential:

Engineering Degree / Diploma / 2 years’ experience in handling similar function.
Min 3-4 years of experience in engineering field.
Basic computer skills & experience.
Fluent in oral and written English.

Desirable:

Engineering Graduate/ Bachelor’s Degree.
4 years’ experience.
Knowledge of all measuring tools.
Visual/Dimensional Inspections.
Warehouse/ Shop experience.

Senior Mechanical Technician (Wireline/Slickline)

Essential:

Basic knowledge of assembly technics and tools
Min. 2 years of experience as a Mechanical technician
Able to read and understand hydraulic schematics/electrical schematics/engineering drawings
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

Desirable:

Technical training Certificate
High School Diploma
Experience in Mechanical installation
Familiar with NOV K-Winch/WPCE/WHE products

Screen Assembler (Mechanical)

Minimum 1-2 years of mechanical and/or hydraulics experience
Working experience in manufacturing industry
Experience in screen manufacturing
Experience in mechanical assembly, powder coating, heat presses, material handling, and/or automatic sandblasting
Experience in operation of mechanical and/or pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
