The FM Supervisor will oversee daily facility operations and supervise technical teams. The role ensures that maintenance activities are completed efficiently in line with service standards and client expectations. The FM Supervisor will monitor performance, coordinate with stakeholders, and support smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الرئيسية

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors.
  • Ensure timely completion of maintenance and service requests.
  • Monitor team performance and SLA compliance.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Coordinate with clients and management on operational matters.
  • Prepare and share reports on maintenance activities and performance.
